Ford v. Ferrari is an upcoming action biographical drama film directed by James Mangold. It stars Christian Bale and Matt Damon while Caitriona Balfe, Jon Bernthal, Josh Lucas, and Noah Jupe have been signed in supporting roles. The film follows an eccentric, determined team of American engineers and designers, led by automotive visionary Carroll Shelby and his British driver, Ken Miles, who are dispatched by Henry Ford II and Lee Iacocca with the mission of building from scratch an entirely new automobile with the potential to finally defeat the perennially dominant Ferrari at the 1966 24 Hours of Le Mans race in France.

It is scheduled to be released on June 28, 2019, by 20th Century Fox.

According to Matt Damon, Christian Bale had to lose 70 pounds before filming began. Bale had previously gained a lot of weight for his role in Vice (2018) and had about seven months to lose it all and then some to play the lean race car driver, Ken Miles. Damon inquired of Bale how he managed to lose all the weight to which Bale replied that he simply didn't eat. Damon said he was impressed by Bale's monk-like discipline.

Baru lepas nonton. Highly recommended! Thanks to TGV sbb kasi peluang tgk premiere screening, hall IMAX lak tu.

Suka scene masa Shelby (Matt Damon) invite Henry Ford II masuk dlm kereta Ford racing and then dia bawak laju2 sampai big boss Ford tu terkincit nangis2!

Overall, one of the best movies of the year!

2 jam setengah lama cerita ni, tapi tak terasa...
drama yang menghiburkan
isi utamanya perlumbaan kereta dan mencapai kemenangan, tapi bukan tipikal perlumbaan last minit menang
cuma Matt Damon punya lakonan rasa macam biasa saja
sama kalau tgk lakonan Bruce Willis.... semua filem, lakonan hampir sama

Best giler siyak citer nih..

Untuk lelaki sejati wajib nengok citer nih weihh..
kecuali bg lelaki lembut yg suka drive guna 2 pedal saje boleh pi berambus

dan bagi pengemar jentera dan perlumbaan, you can feel the enigma thru this faking ohsem movie

citer nih bagi aku berkisar mengenai "politics" vs "true man champion".

Henry Ford dan Enzo Ferrari both are faking bloody kapitalis kuanghajar yg muka mintak penampor jepun...

Shelby dan Ken Miles pulak, mereka berdua adalah the true heroes.. the true genius engineer.. the true racer.. dan the most important is... mereka berdua adalah the true "man friendship"...

Boleh nampak dgn nyata sehh... Ford punya cilake taktik kotor agar keta GT40 No 1 tu kalah masa perlumbaan LeMans 24hr..
Malas nak spoil camne taktik keji derang... korang tgk la sendiri... tak menyesal wa cakap luu..

Memang betul la Ford dan Ferrari memasing gilerkan maruah nak jadi juara.. tapi taktik camsial..

yep... area citer nih berkisar masa zaman 70an kalau tak silap..

Tapi.... filmatography citer nih mmg lawa giler wa cakap lu..

you can feel every inch of the gear shifting..
clutching and swfting pedal and gear..
and all the thrilling... no words can describe..

even you can feel the aroma of petrol and the gas burn while seeing the car accident.....
