Job Description:

- Review and prepare production processes flow/routing, assemblies for compliance and accuracy to drawing requirements.
- Develop and Prepare CNC program for CNC machining operations through the established application and process flow in accordance with customer requirements.
- Develop and select the best tools and fixture designs in accordance with customer or internal requirements.
- Prepare process and working instructions sheets for machine operators and maintain library records.
- Ensure all machine perform at mostly optimal operating condition to ensure actual process cycle time and cost at par or better than pre-determined parameters.
- Carry out any other improvement and special projects as assigned by managements.

Requirements:

- Professional Certificates, Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering fields or related courses.
- Minimum 1 years Experience in CNC programming for CNC Machinist and 3 years for Senior Programmer.
- Experience with CNC Milling/Turning operations are preferred.
- Famillar with MasterCam program
