Need help from Cari members to complete fake phone survey. For those who can help please go fill up the form, only need 60 people and will pay RM 5/phone call. After you received the call please go fill the claim money form and will online transfer to you.  Do this for the purpose to hide my real customers from companies directly contact with them and under cut my bonus in future.

This is a paid service for fake phone survey, YOU SHOULD NOT ASK ABOUT MONEY DURING THE PHONE CALL. Only applicable to Malaysian with valid Malaysia mobile phone(Singapore phone cannot participate). You just need to inform them the 1 unit product you buy is RM 700, if you say 2 then it will be RM 1400 and my service is very good to recommend.

Details About the forms
-Name (You can fill up any you like but must be normal name and you must remember when caller asking you.)
-Phone (Must be reachable Malaysia phone number)
-Address (Optional to fill, you can leave it blank if you doesn't wish to receive the survey feedback form. Feedback form will pay RM 10/set.)

Claim money form (Only fill after you receive the call.)
