Computer Not Printing Black

Hi everyone,
I am having trouble printing in black. This is the second printer within a month that has had the same issue. Ink supplies are all okay and I've run "clean printhead" options and everything of the sort. Is it possible that my computer be causing this issue and not my printer? It seems ridiculous that two printers would have the same issue given that they're different models and don't even use the same ink cartridges. Any help is definitely appreciated!

Please Help.
Thanks !

I didn't find the right solution from the internet.

try to find the options for monochrome printing or "black only" as mdhelmi suggested.

if failed, pls check if the printers are new, bring it back to the shop and ask them for help - guides

OR

warranty claim if faulty (if the warranty is till valid).

Black ink or toner running out. For ink cartridge, there might be ink jam to block the normal black printing outputs.

Improper installation. If your computer shows it detects no cartridge inserted. It can be caused by improper installing of the cartridge to the printer. Or if you use compatible supplies, printer chip is not installed correctly or there’s damage to the chip no matter during the replacement or using for long time.

Reset the cartridge. If you refill the cartridge by yourself, you need to reset the cartridge to let the printer recognize the old cartridge with new toner.
