tricep tu lawan bicep la...yang bahagian luar tu, tricep ni akan flexing bila ko luruskan lengan...x de gambor plak nak tunjuk.

kalu nk angkat besi tetiap hari pun boleh.. besa 6 kali seminggu.. tp dengan syarat.. mesti part berbeza itu hari berikutnyer.. contohnyer.. ari ni buat kaki.. sok buat chest lak. lusa buat la biceps n so forth.. ahad cuti ler.. nk tambah tips lagi..

1- tido mesti cukup 6-8 hours
2- tido awal after 12 midnite mesti tido.. sbb waktu tdo ni la otot membesar...
3- kurang kan minyak... more protein.. less fat...

ini apa yang dibgtau oleh instructor kat gym member ako bagi tau...

haku baca kat manga dia kata nak bina otot ni kita gunakan teori penggantian berlebihan

maksudnya tujuan kita workout ialah utk mengoyakkan tisu2 otot
kemudian semasa kita rehat protin akan menggantikan tisu2 tersebut
ratio aktiviti 1:1 ... sehari workout sehari rehat

tapi skrg ni aku cam dah takleh nak koyakkan tisu lengan aku....cuma dpt lenguh jer rasa sakit tu dah takder lagi dah

x tau plak aku ada thread ni.

baru2 ni aku ada beli home gym. main besi dlm 2 bln pastu rest posa. skrg nak start balik la. masa dlm 2 bln tu aku ambik supplement (protein shake) n makan putih telo 10 bijik sehari. naik 5 kilo. tujuan utama main besi sbb nak bg gemuk skit...aku ni kurus sgt wpun dah kawin.

so dah ada geng kat sini bole la share info kan?

ari tu aku gi carrefour duk jengah2 usha2 brg2 gym ni kan... dok belek kat gym machine yg leh kuak dada, pastu ada utk bhg kaki all in 1set baru RM450

ada komen? aku gosok kad je dah leh bwk balik nih hehehehe
