Memang nak buat noor... yeast basah dan kering memang banyak stok ni... tunggu masa je... sebab muak makan donut ari tu masih terasa (benda manis), so, kena slow2...

Kak hannah dah bayangkan u nye donut ni mesti best giler sebab biasanya u nye resipi mmg tarak fail nye... hihihi...:bodek::bodek::bodek:

bukan takat best giler jer...memang Proven & Tested pun....dah 3 kali dah speed buat maner tak best nyer....setiap kali buat mesti takde belen tinggal....

da buat donut ni tp cant remembr try sapa nya resipi...
tp kalu x slh guna tepong 250g je
sya repair skit, tmbah bread softener n improver
donut tu jadi crispy kat luar, gebu didalam
lembut dan seeeddaaaaaapppp
kena plak masa buat tgh posa ganti, allaaaamaaaak

mrsjack....kalu tak silap from apa yg I baca kat net....bread softener n improver tu tak bagus untuk kesihatan....ni artikel pasal bread improver....

These additives strengthen bread dough so it can be used in bread-making machinery and help produce a more uniform grain and greater volume. They act as whipping agents in dried, liquid, or frozen egg whites and artificial whipped cream. SODIUM STEAROYL FUMARATE serves the same function.

hi noor...pekabo? lama tak borak ngan noor....

ni nak royat cerita.... hari ni cikdak akhirnya dapat lah membuat donut noor ni.... memang seperti yang repotkan oleh kawan2 yang dah try resespi ni.... hasilnya memang memuaskan..... memang donut ni jadi gebu dan lembut... tapi sori lah tak ambik gambo pun sebab yang lawo2 kena ngap dulu....

satu nak tanya.... resepi noor ni memang tak buh garam ke?... cikdak suka kalau lebih masin sket....tapi yang buat tadi tak berani nak memandai buh garam....takut mati itu yeast .... takpe ke kalau buh garam?:hmm:
anyway donut tadi cikdak golek dengan gula halus....campur secoet garam halus...sedap woo....:ah:

wa memang ada beli ini bread improver tapi belum guna lagi sebab belum sampai seru....
kalau merbahaya baik wa layang kan aja benda ni.... biar roti keras sket tak apa....
tapi kan camana dengan roti yang kita dok beli macam gardenia sume tu??
mesti diorang buh kan.... sebab lembut semacam jer :hmm:

noor, cikdak baru baik dari demam dan batuk2...macam kak liza juga.... selera pun baru berputih semula... before this...sume yang cikdak masak jadi tak sedap...so cikdak tak memasak la...hikhikhik...:bgrin:
sekarang pulak selera dah pick up....graf tumbesaran cikdak pun naik mencanak la....adehhh!!!

anyway pasal garam tu... betul la gerak hati cikdak.... garam boleh bunuh itu yeast... kena pulak fresh yeast ni... diorang lebih sensitif dari dry punya kan?

kan kalu dok royak kang..kalu jadi apa2 kang susoh cikdak & kuarge cikdak gak....:lol

kalu roti yg buat s'diri baik takyah buh bende tu sume......tp kalu yg beli tu tak dapek den nak nolong tu dor......:bgrin:

tu masalahnya kat M'sia...dorang selalu tak tulis ingredients nya..kat sini semua benda depa tulis.. pengguna berhak mengetahui kandungan bahan yg terkandung dlm apa2 makanan..kenapa mesti nak sorok2kan..tu yg bahayanya..kita tak tahu apa yg kita makan sebenarnya disebalik makanan tersbt..

cuba speed try test depa..tanya aje, biaq depa gelabah sat..tengok apa depa nak kelentong..hahahaha :lol

Sesapa try le resepi donut nie. Sedap...

3 cawan tepung (strong white  bread flour)
1 paket yis kering (6 g)
2 sudu besar gula
garam secubit
1/2 cawan susu pekat (tambah air jadi secawan)
sebiji telur
2 sudu majern/olive oil

Cara2

Masukkan kesemua bahan. Uli sampai licin tepungnya. Biarkan dalam 2 atau 3 jam. Lepas tu terserahle samada nak pintal ke nak bulatkan dll. Goreng dalam minyak yang cukup. Kalau tak nak manis, jangan letakkan gula (2 sudu tadi). Cuma taburkan gula aising di atas donut.

Dijamin sedap dan lembut.
