me guna cross trainer yg brand smartlife tu baru 3 bulan kot...me guna yg cross trainer
yg bukan mechanical...biasa jer....first week beli, cross trainer tu dh berbunyi mcm basikal tk cukup minyak...
me pun complained kat SA...then, 3 or 4 hari pastu, technician dtg betulkan bunyi2...smpi arinie oklah tk da bunyi2 lg...
I think kalo nk beli cross trainer brand smartlife nie better ambik yg mechanical...kalo nk murah baik gi beli terus kt
supplier smartlife nie...tapi cash ler, lg murah...smartlife dh mark up half of price...

dulu2 crosstainer tu letak kat hall... so x boring sbb layan k-drama skali:loveliness:.... skrg nie letak kat bilik tido.... bila tgk katil trus menguap...;P

boleh kasi link tak yg mana mechanical yg mana bukan.. sbb tengok crosstrainer yg smartlife ade yg warna hitam-kuning.. crosstrainer + basikal kot.. tengok dlm gambar je tak pernah tengok real life lagi.

cuma Nampak yg smartlife nih mcm kecik je.. berbanding kat gym punya. ok ke?

crosstrainer/treadmill yg murah bleh bleh tgk kt mudah.com.my...sale by abylux sdn bhd...
sama dgn jual kt smartlife...so far ok jer...

saya pun kurang masa nak bersenam sekarang...tapi saya akan pastikan saya kayuh elip tu 2,3 kali seminggu, dan setiap kali kayuh saya akan pastikansaya burn 200 cal....kalau tak set camtu memang naik seploh minit dah rasa nak turun ;P

baru beli treadmill T2 brand ogawa activo. basic function tp best sbb mmg ikut kemampuan kita:) pastu leh letak ipad plak kat atas. kalau time mls2 tu letak speed rendah sambil main fb natau game:)

ade yg ckp baik g gym dari beli treadmill bagi saya nak g gym lagi penat lagi2 permpuan. nak kn cari tudung, baju lengan panjang, seluar panjang. mcm susah je. better treadmill ni ade kat rumah, sekurang2nyer nye bile kite rs gemuk ade bende nak dikerjakan. nak g gym nak kn pikir bagai lagi. nak siapkan diri semua. kalau da ade kat rumah dah sng. pakai suar pendek je pon boleh. sng bg perempuan bertudung:)

tips kalau nak beli bebende mcm ni start dlu dgn joging kat luar atau g gym setiap hari. kalau kite ade semangat hari2 nak buat semua tu boleh pikir utk beli mesin treadmill ni di rumah:) kalau joging pon mls...xpayahla...buat pembaziran je.:)

Beli cross trainer tahun lepas...so far so good...anytime terasa nak exercise...guna cross trainer tu...takyah nak kuar umah...

Tahun depan ingat nak beli threadmill plak..bole do some running in d house plak..

nk update...dh 3 bulan bleh bercross trainer lebih dr 30 minit:lol:..itu pun selang seli dgn aerobik dlm 10 minit & smbg cross trainer...skrg nie, nk beli dumbell...nk workout guna dumbell lak...

jom aryn bsenam...saya dah start kayuh elip 1 jam setiap hari sejak 3 mggu lepas (burn dalam 300cal je sbb guna tension 8)...seminggu cuti 2 hari...dumble 30mnt...peha, punggung, perut & pinggang dah rasa makin kecik & pejal..hepi sgt

oy ya...utk perkongsian...saya dapat tips pasal kayuhan elip..masa kayuh tu, kalau nak kesan yg lebih...kena kayuh ke depan & belakang (gostan)...saya selalu buat 20cal kayuh ke depan...20cal lagi kayuh ke belakang...selang seli sampai 300cal...memang terasa tegang la pastu kat peha & punggung
