Katy Perry certainly has many talents and apparently being a “director” is one of them with the 'Dark Horse' singer revealing that she filmed everything as her sister gave birth in a living room last month. The 29-year-old revealed via Twitter on February 26 that she had witnessed a friend giving birth in their own home and she's now confirmed that it was indeed her sister, Angela Hudson, who incredibly did it all without taking any form of drugs.  “My sister gave birth in her living room and I got to be kind of like an assistant doula, which, in a home birth, is kind of just there for support,” Katy told Australia's 2DayFM, explaining her role in the drama. “I was in it! I mean I was holding... I probably shouldn't give too many details, but my sister actually is a true rock star. She gave birth in her living room without a single Advil (painkiller).” Likening herself to a certain iconic Wolf of Wall Street director, Katy added: “I was kind of like (director) Martin Scorsese, filming everything, you know, getting in there. She doesn't want to see that for, like, a year though.” Initially revealing her midwife duties last month, Katy tweeted: “Finally you can add 'helps delivers babies in living rooms' to my resume! It's been a miracle of a day... Auntie Katy aka Stylist Auntie.” Aside from playing auntie, it is reported that the 'Roar' singer is trying to cope with her sudden split from John Mayer despite claims just weeks before that they were engaged. However, the confusion over the status of their relationship remains after John, 36, had nothing but complimentary words to say about the star.  “She's extremely driven and extremely serious about doing great work,”John Sirius FM radio station in the US. Although, a source told Hollywood Life, their break-up was caused by John's inability to keep to his word. “The last time they broke up John won her back by making a ton of promises. He was going to put her first, but now he's falling back into his old patterns,” they said. “Like, he shuts off his phone and disappears all day and night.
