Jenna Fischer is all about the birds and the Beeslys. The former star of The Office and her director husband, Lee Kirk, are expecting their second child together. Fischer's rep confirmed the happy news to Us Weekly. Fischer and Kirk, who tied the knot in 2010, are also parents to 2-old son Weston. Congratulations started pouring in via Twitter, and while Fischer just retweeted a report of her pregnancy as a way of acknowledgment, she also tweeted to Jimmy Kimmel's expectant wife, Molly McNearney, "Let's talk Congrats!" (Kimmel spilled the beans to Ellen DeGeneres yesterday.) Fischer told People in January 2013, when Weston was 1, that she was loving motherhood 24/7. "When I went into it I thought, ‘OK, I bet it's going to be really great 70 percent of the time, and then 30 percent of the time, you just have to get through it,'" she recalled. "And I was like, 'I can do that, I can do that.' I love it 100 percent of the time, I honestly do." "I had really underestimated what I was capable of because, before I had him, I thought I needed things that I didn't really need," Fischer continued. "I want nine hours of sleep, but it turns out I don't need it! I'm not cranky during the day because...the excitement of being with him and watching him learn and watching him grow and being a facilitator of those things is so joyful." Fischer's first pregnancy resulted in the arrival of Pam and Jim's second child on The Office, but with two new movies already in the can (You Are Here, due out in April, and Kiss Me, directed by longtime pal Jeff Probst), the actress can enjoy some real-life maternity leave from work.
