Who'd have thought that Beyonce and Elizabeth Hurley would ever have had anything in common? Well, being at the centre of vicious rumours about having affairs with US Presidents has happened to them both recently, and this week, Beyonce was forced to deny anything had gone on between her and President Barack Obama. Just days after Hurley slammed reports she had a fling with former President Bill Clinton, Beyonce's camp have done the same regarding her rumours. The pop star and President Obama have been at the centre of a rumour they were having an affair since French photographer Pascal Rostain claimed their alleged affair was about to make headline news. A spokeswoman for Beyonce, who, along with husband Jay-Z is a friend of Obama and his wife Michelle, slammed Rostain's claim as "absurd" while the paper in question, the Washington Post, said it "does not prepare articles like this". On Monday Rostain said: “You know, at this time, the United States, there is something big that is happening. Moreover, it will come out tomorrow in an edition of the Washington Post, [so] we can not say the alleged affair between President Barack Obama and Beyoncé is being reported on by the gutter press. I can assure you that the world will be talking about it." Just days before, Hurley took to her Twitter page to deny she had been in a relationship with Clinton back in the late Nineties. The claim the pair had enjoyed a fling came from actor and Hurley's alleged former boyfriend Tom Sizemore told how he set Hurley, 48, up with Clinton following a private screening of Saving Private Ryan at the White House in 1998. The actress took to Twitter to tell her 450,000 followers: "Ludicrously silly stories about me & Bill Clinton. Totally untrue. In the hands of my lawyers. Yawn." -Entertainmentwise.
