 Pictures from inside the mansion where Lindsay Lohan partied and where Barron Hilton was assaulted in Miami have surfaced. The photos obtained by TMZ show suspicious rolled up cigarettes and the remnants of white powder in a plastic bag. TMZ reported that there was cocaine and alcohol found at the party after the assault took place.   However, there is no indication that Lindsay or Barron had been drinking or doing anything illegally. Michael Lohan has also denied that Lindsay was anything to do with the substances found, and claimed Lindsay texted him to say she wanted to leave the mansion. The pictures were taken after party-goers had left the mansion, according to the site. Lindsay - who is currently on probation - is said to have then fled the scene on a private jet after calling in a favour, claim TMZ. Meanwhile, Barron, has vowed to take the 27-year-old actress to court after she allegedly ordered for him to be beaten up by Ray Lemoine at a party on Star Island in Miami on Friday night for 'talking sh*t' about her boyfriend.  According to TMZ, sources revealed that Paris met with a lawyer on Saturday afternoon before introducing him to Barron and getting the lawsuit up and running. However, sources have since claimed the attack was nothing to do with Lindsay and it was merely a party that got out of hand after Barron, 24, refused to leave the property. Although in an interview with police, Barron - who posted a picture of his injured face on Instagram three hours after the incident - said Lindsay - who famously fell out with his sister Paris in 2006 - was laughing as Ray hit him.  Meanwhile, according to the New York Daily News, Ray is currently traveling to Cuba. The publication reports that Ray told them: 'I'm scared of the Hiltons and Paris' Cash Money crew [she has a record deal with the company], so I am seeking refuge in Cuba.'
