LOS ANGELES, April 7 ― Vin Diesel is reportedly eyeing a US$3.3 million (RM10.7 million) mansion in Atlanta, Georgia. The actor is resuming filming Fast & Furious 7 in the wake of his friend and cast mate Paul Walker’s death. And Celebuzz reports the star is planning to spare no expense on an abode during his time in the Southern city. A real-estate insider tells the website Vin is looking at an 11,000-square-foot, multi-million dollar estate that rents for US$30,000 a month. The home would have plenty of room for the star to entertain, including a 12-person dining room, seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a bar and entertaining space, a full gym, three-car garage and a guest house equipped with its own kitchen. It also boasts a screening room, a pool, a rooftop deck, wine cellar and spa for some rest and relaxation after long days on set. Celebuzz reports Vin will need a place to stay for six weeks, costing him US$45,000 if he chooses the estate. Vin has reached out to fans frequently about the progress being made on the latest Fast & Furious instalment in the wake of his co-star’s death. Paul lost his life alongside long-time friend Roger Rodas on November 30. Roger was driving a 2005 Porsche Carrera GT when he hit a utility pole and the car burst into flames in Santa Clarita, California. Both men, the only in the vehicle, were pronounced dead at the scene. Paul played one of the lead characters, Brian O'Conner, in the franchise and was on a break from shooting at the time of the accident. Vin told fans several weeks later fans could next flock to theatres to see the beloved actor’s final work. “The last scene we filmed together…” Vin wrote above another photo. “There was a unique sense of completion, of pride we shared… in the film we were now completing… the magic captured… and, in just how far we've come… Fast and Furious 7 will be released…April 10th 2015!” "P.s.,” Vin continued. “He'd want you to know first.” — Cover Media
