OK Financial's volleyball

He collapsed after failing to rebound, but ended the season with a smile.

At the third match three wins out of five held at Sangnoksu Gymnasium in Ansan, Gyeonggi Province on Tuesday, OK Financial Group lost to Korean Air with a set score of two to three 25-27 25-16 25-21 20-25 13-15. After losing the first and second games in away matches, the team sought to rebound at home, but failed.

OK Financial Group, which ranked third in the regular season, has been on a roll from the semi-playoff to the championship game. However, losing to Korean Air, the team failed to win the championship title for the first time in eight years since the 2015-2016 season.

"I felt once again that Korean Air is a team with a strong players base," said OK Financial Group manager Masahiro Ogino after the game. "I'm grateful to the players. They endured such a tight schedule," he said. "We lost, but we made it this far thanks to their hard work. It's my responsibility to lose."

Although he missed the championship, Ogino made it to the championship game from his first year in office. It was evaluated that the "volleyball without any mistakes" that he emphasized throughout the season was established and established the OK Financial Group's own style.

In particular, Ogino, who emphasized serving, said, "I always practiced hitting with courses. Players must know that they cannot win with strong serve alone," and added, "I tried to reduce errors because it would double the score if I made a mistake in serving." "I think I was able to play volleyball at OK Financial Group while reducing the number of runs I gave."

There must have been a lot of trials and errors as Korean players were not familiar with volleyball. "We needed a lot of training to develop a new system," Ogiino said. "I think I showed a different level of volleyball than other teams. I want to thank the players once again for following me well."

When asked who has grown the most this season, he said, "Everyone worked hard and followed me. Both players who played today and those who failed are the same. That's why I was able to come this far." "I think it was a season where everyone grew into a 'one team'," he said.

In the next season, the men's team will be coached by foreigners. Following Ogiino and Korean Air's Tommy Tilikainen, new coaches will be added to the team, including KB Insurance's Miguel Rivera and Hyundai Capital's Philip Blanc.

"I think he will show a world-class style of volleyball," Ogiino said. "Since great coaches are coming, it would be good to study while stealing good things." "I will try to show better volleyball than this season," Ogiino said.  안전놀이터

Finally, coach Ogiino said, "Congratulations on Korean Air's first four-game winning streak and thanking everyone for a season."
