Los Angeles Dodgers right-hander Tyler Glasnow (31) started Game 3 of the 2024 Major League Baseball's three consecutive home games against the New York Mets at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles, California, on the 22nd (Korea time), and threw seven hits and no runs in eight innings and 10 pitches. He garnered his fourth win (one loss) of this season with his wild pitching with no strikeouts.

Having faced off against Mets batters for six consecutive wins, they struck out two from the first inning to gain the upper hand with three outs. After hitting the first fly ball to third baseman Brandon Nimmo, they struck out Starling Marte and Francisco Lindor in succession. The combination of the 97.6 miles (157 kilometers) fastball and curveball was impressive.

The second inning with Pete Alonso, Brett Batty and DJ Stewart also had three outs, including one strikeout, and the leadoff hitter in the third inning was Jeff McNeil, but Harrison Bader was out on fielder's choice at shortstop and Thomas Nido was out on a line drive to center field. Bader failed to steal second base.

Glasnow allowed a left-handed hit against Lindor after two outs in the fourth inning for a 2-0 lead, before Lindor ended the inning with Lindor failing to steal second base from first base. After that, he met Alonso, Barty and Stewart in three outs in the fifth inning to qualify for the winning pitcher.

Glasnow entered the sixth inning with his batting lineup scoring eight runs in the fifth inning to take a 10-0 lead. He was on the verge of scoring his first run on a wild pitch after allowing a hit against Bader with one out, but struck out Nido and Nemo in a row. Nido used a curveball and Nemo used a slider as the deciding tool.

Glasnow, who had no run scored in the seventh inning, faced his biggest crisis in the eighth. Leadership Stewart, Nido, and Nemo got hits and loaded the bases with two outs. Glasnow's pitches were powerful, even though he hit 98 pitches. He faced Tyrone Taylor, struck out swinging on three pitches, and roared with his fists clenched.

Glasnow pitched the mound to Nick Ramirez in the ninth inning with a 10-0 lead, and the Dodgers' 10-0 victory gave him the lone lead in the National League wins (four wins). Jose Berrios and Glasnow of the Toronto Blue Jays in the American League are the only pitchers who have won four games in the Major League.

Glasnow, who transferred from the Tampa Bay Rays to the Dodgers through a trade ahead of this season, agreed to a large five-year extension worth $136.5 million (about 188.6 billion won). While serving as an ace at the beginning of the season, he suffered a loss against the Washington Nationals on the 16th by allowing two home runs and six runs in five innings, but after a five-day break, he met the luxury Mets and regained his class of 188.6 billion won.
