What is Enhanced Email Forwarding?

Enhanced Email is a feature in Salesforce that elevates emails sent from the application. This feature adds metadata API and customization options to your emails. Instead of being stored as tasks, emails are now stored as a Standard Salesforce object record. This gives you access to record details, related lists, and collaboration tools. The Enhanced Mailbox feature is also included in the nexternal Order Management System. The nexternal Order Management System allows you to enable this feature.

Enhanced Email provides rich customization options for sending and receiving email. It also has an API to let you add metadata to your emails. Unlike standard Salesforce object records, emails no longer end up as tasks in your system. Instead, they are stored as full-featured records with details, related lists, and collaboration tools. Because it stores emails in a standard object, you can view them in the same format as your customers. This allows you to add custom fields, edit their formatting, and customize your message layouts.

Enhanced Email is a feature in Salesforce that lets users compose emails without leaving their records. The feature enables users to navigate without losing email content.
