I have to admit, planning untuk kahwin saaaaangat meemenatkan.. BUT fun.. #onceforwholelifetimehopefully
1. The venue - Hmm.. actually i wanted to have simple garden wedding. Tapi awal-awal dah kena reject. End up buat di rumah je.
2. Catering and khemah - Fully food fest. 7 jenis lauk, 2 jenis bubur, keropok n pisang goreng, kuih muih, chocolate moist cake n cheese cake. Yang ni i tak boleh masuk campur, i let the parents did. We took full package termasuk pelamin and 7x Arabian canopy.
3. Wedding Dress and makeup - I decided tempah aje semua baju. Tak nak sewa. My fiance baik hati sponsored for our baju sanding n bertandang, so i sponsored for our nikah instead. No songket for me. Musim2 el nino.. takde makna nak pakai songket walau mum pujuk i pakai songket. I think now songket trend kot.. So i tempah 3 pasang baju utk nikah (soft yellow), utk bersanding (tiffany blue + coral peach) dan bertandang (nude color). Both nikah and make up, i took mua from shah alam. Hasilnye tip top n just suits to my personality. Pelamin pulak, white vintage style, deco english style - color theme white, cream, coral peach and a bit tiffany blue here and there..
28 April 2016 - I took leave much earlier than expected. And very last minute, banyak pulak small things to settle. Hantaran tak settle lagi. I decided to rent aje hiasan hantaran rather than buat sendiri macam masa bertunang. Much cheaper kot.. buat sendiri pun costly. So, tinggal nak letak and deco sikit sikit je. I love simple yet classy. We agreed to have 5 dulang berbalas 7, sama macam bertunang dulu. Orang kata kahwin kena lebih dari bertunang, but I dont really care. It just an adat lagi pun kan.. mum and mama (mil) pun ok jek. I bought all sets masa ke Singapore. Very good price compare to Malaysia. But end up I didnt put the handbag as part of my hantaran. Fiance cakap letak purse aje, senang nak angkut from Kedah.. As simple as that.. Handbag vogue end up masih berbungkus dlm lemari...sob..sob..sob.. . dad ajak my fiance singgah rumah for lunch sebelum bertolak balik ke Kedah. yeayyy happy, boleh jumpe my fiance kejap. We agreed tak jumpe each other for a week but it didnt happen as what we planned.. A week was too long!!
29 April 2016 - I had spa appoinment in morning. Since my mum tak bagi i drive sendiri, so my sister n family willing to be my escort for today.
