Gula Boleh Hilangkan Rasa Kapur Pada Mi Kuning

Mi kuning kadang-kadang ada rasa pelik, macam kelat-kelat pahit yang sukar nak digambarkan.


Itu sebenarnya rasa kapur yang digunakan pembuat mi supaya mi tahan lama.


Tapi jika rasa tersebut kuat sangat pun tak sedap, jadi lari rasa masakan kita kan.


3 Langkah mudah berikut dapat hilangkan bau kapur pada mi kuning




1. Basuh mi kuning selama 2 minit




2. Tabur 2 sudu gula di atas mi kuning dan gaul sehingga gula melarut




3. Rendam mi, setelah 2 minit cuci menggunakan air paip.






Mudah kan, lepas ni tak la rasa kapur atau rasa pelik-pelik kan. Jom masak mi goreng basah.

meols xberapa suka guna mee kuning lately ..... sebb ada bau and rasa macam xbest ....

so meols gantii dengan mee gulung mahupun sphagetti ....
