Bahan-Bahan:

240 gm mentega tanpa garam
100 gm gula aising
2 camca teh esen vanila
1 biji telur dipukul 300 gm tepung gandum serba guna
Sedikit jem aprikot
210 gm coklat separuh manis, dicairkan
Sedikit gula aising

Cara:

Pukul mentega, gula aising dan esen vanila hingga kembang. Masukkan telur, kacau rata baru masukkan tepung. Gaul hingga sebati. Masukkan adunan ke dalam beg pastri dengan muncung bintang berukuran 1.25 cm dan paipkan adunan di atas dulang bakar yang dialas kertas minyak. Bakar 10-12 minit pada suhu 175'C atau hingga kuning.

Apabila biskut masak, angkat dan biarkan ia sejuk baru disapu sedikit jem aprikot. Tangkupkan dua biskut lalu dicelup setengah bahagian biskut ke dalam coklat cair. Susun semula di atas redai baru disimpan di dalam peti sejuk supaya coklat beku. Ayakkan sedikit gula aising pada setengah bahagian lagi biskut sebelum disimpan.
