Position Based: Labuan

Role Overview:

• Arrange the timely safe delivery of all Project Equipment and materialsfrom origin / designated project collection area to delivery point. Ensure thatbest safety practices are use at all times as per rules and requirement.
• Arrange and monitor the daily traffic and logistics tasking requirements with the Logistics team. Liaising with Construction Superintendents / Warehouse and all relevant parties to confirm requirements where required.
• Maintain effective communication with internal parties and external parties in coordinating cargo movement and the transport requirement on daily basis.
• Develop and monitor project traffic and logistic execution plan and procedures with the traffic and logistics manager.
• Assist day to day activities as at require.
  

Basic Qualification.

• Minimum of 2 years work experience, preferably in oil & gas / marine industry.
• EPC procurement / logistics experience.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Proficient in the English Language.
  

Project Location: Johor.

Position Based: KL/Johor.

Project Manager:

No of position: 1

Position Based: KL

• Completion of at leasttertiary education, preferably Engineering, Business Admin or equivalent withrelevant years of Experience.
• Minimumof 10 years work experience, of which at least 5 years in an engineeringenvironment preferably in oil and gas statutory control function.
• Musthave knowledgeable in PSC, Fabricator and General Tax Exemption Incentive fromMalaysian Government.
• Goodcommand of written & spoken English and ability to prepare reports andstatistics.
  

Lead EPCC Coordinator:

No of position: 3

Position Based: KL

• Minimumof 5 years work experience, of which at least 3 years in an engineeringenvironment preferably in oil and gas statutory control function.
• Musthave knowledgeable in PSC, Fabricator and General Tax Exemption Incentive fromMalaysian Government.
• Goodcommand of written & spoken English and ability to prepare reports andstatistics.
  

Lead Document Controller:

No of position: 3

Position Based: KL

• Completion of atleast tertiary education, preferably Engineering, Business Admin or equivalentwith relevant years of Experience.
• Minimumof 5 years work experience, of which at least 3 years in an engineeringenvironment or 1 year experience working as Asst. Document Controller.
• Goodcommand of written & spoken English and ability to prepare reports andstatistics.
  

Lead EPCC & AuthorityReporting:

No of position: 3

Position Based: KL

• Completion of atleast tertiary education, preferably Engineering, Business Admin or equivalentwith relevant years of Experience.
• Minimumof 5 years work experience, of which at least 3 years in an engineeringenvironment or 1 year experience working as Asst. Document Controller.
• Goodcommand of written & spoken English and good in prepare reports andstatistics.
