Waiter

• Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
• Serve food and/or beverages to patrons;prepare and serve specialty dishes at tables as required.
  

Banquet Captain

• Have leadership quality, rallying their team during big events,resolving conflicts and getting the job done.
• Dealing with employee conflict,irate customers and wrong. Being able to come up with a quick solution.
  

Steward

• Ensure all equipment is clean and in goodworking order.
• Excellentcustomer service and problem-solving skills.
  

Bartender

• Plan, organize, and control the operations of a cocktail lounge or bar.
• Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons.
  

Bellman

• Conducting the Bell service activities such as luggage service upon guest's arrival and departure, luggage storage, message service fax delivery, parcel and mail hand-over, information service and other related tasks.
• Extend warm welcome and appreciation to every guest / patron at any customer approaching by greeting "Welcome to Hotel Plaza" or "Welcome back, Mr. / Mrs. / Miss So & So".
  

Bell Captain

• Supervise,check and record storage of guest luggage in the baggage storeroom on a daily basis and ensure that it is within the Luggage Storage guidelines.
• Responsible for the daily roster underthe jurisdiction.
  

Security Officer

• Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
• Maintains organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
  

Details

• For permanent or part time.
• EPF and Socso for permanent staff.
• Shift required.
• Good working environment.
