Dah subscribe data knapa x bole connect intenet????

Salam.. nk tnya cket..aq subscribe data td.. maxis pn antar msg ckp successfullly subscribe data smua..mcm biasa aq prgi setting then wireless & network pastu mobile network and then click use packet data.. tp... xtau lar knapa, bila dh wt smua tu, aq still x bole wechat wasap smua..die ckp no network connection..aq ade salah setting kt mne erk? rasa cm dh btol..sbb slalu ok ja..

ko cuba uninstall maxis connection manager dalam komputer tu, unplug modem, re-insert modem kat USB, dia akan detect new hardware sekali dgn install software maxis tu. lepas tu cuba check ada network connection ke tak?
lepas tu kalau still tak boleh, call maxis help center, apa tu nombor 121 ke 122
