aku pakai laptop toshiba satellite L510... windows 7... laptop aku kerap kena screen biru la... halmacpi.dll and ntkrnlpa.exe punya pasal.... camne nak solve ye?
nanti aku try link kan mini dump aku dari blue screen view

upload dulu minidump tu...
xpon ko bukak guna bluesreenview then wat screenshot..

sambil2 tu ko bukak command prompd (start -->type kat box 'cmd' ---> right click 'cmd' ,run as admin)
pastu ko type SFC/scannow
bia dia check file system integriti..

halmacpi.dll ni hardware punya related file.
ntkrnlpa.exe ni plak windows punya sistem.

aku agak, ini driver punya problem...
cuba cek device manager, update mana2 hardware yg ko rasa ada masalah sbelom ni...

aku dh update all driver, dah clean RAM, dh clean registry, still problem

bile aku safe mode then BSOD tu berlaku lagi... conform memang hardware problem bukan driver yg problem... masalahnya tak tau hardware yg mana satu

atau cek PSU kot2 power tak cukup...

cek jugak add-ons card mcm wifi or lelain bawah leptop tu kot2 ada part yg longgar?
