Whatis Mystery Shopping?

Mystery Shopping isan evaluation method that is practiced since 1940’s by companies or firms tofind out how their products and services are received and thought by theircustomer. In Mystery Shopping, it involves Mystery Shopper posing as a regularcustomer evaluating products and services provided by the company.  

With the evaluation,crucial information will be generated with objectives to improve servicequality that hence, improve the sales and the revenue in a company/ firm.

Currently, we areembarking in a project that involves Luxury Retailers nationwide (SemenanjungMalaysia only) and requires matured individuals who are interested to be ourMystery Shopper and conduct an evaluation for a designated retailer within theirvicinity.

Each shop is different individually whereby each shop has specificareas to evaluate during the time of visit. You’ll be trained prior to theassignment to ensure that the Mystery Shopping is conducted according to the“Designated Retailer’s” norm.

We need people between 30 to 65 years old who owned or a user of acar which is not older than 10 years. You’ll be handsomelypaid if you visit the retailer assigned and when you complete thequestionnaire.
