Job Description

•                 Responsible and accountable for the day to day operation of the plant machinery effectively and efficiently with minimal downtime.
  

•                 To support the manufacturing operation to meet its daily targets, to reduce wastage and to maintain and upkeep proper inventories for day to day trouble shooting on the breakdowns.
  

•                 To plan and execute preventive maintenance plan and scheduled maintenance.
  

•                 To generate daily breakdown reports and key learning to avoid future re occurrence and recommend and justify to management for plant machinery improvements.
  

•                 To lead, assign and assist a group of technical staff in the day to day troubleshooting of the plant breakdowns. .
  

•                 To prepare monthly reports, capital expenditures, evaluate service providers and to contribute added value on cost saving projects.
  

Job Requirement

•                 Have more than 3 years experiences in manufacturing or equipment design background. Have food industrial experiences will be an added advantage.
  

•                 Must have AutoCad experiences.
  

•                 Have fabrication parts and machine layout designing using AutoCad LT will be an added advantage.
  

•                 Willing to work in Subang Jaya
• Working hours: Mon-Fri,9am-6pm
• Salary range:RM2500-RM3000
