saya sudah menggunakan saluran lain tapi semua takde feedback....
jadik saya bawa perkara ini disini...
tujuannya 1) utk mengembalikan topik saya yg ghaib
2) supaya tidak lagi berlaku perkara yg memalukan seperti ini
Pada 12/7 saya buka topik di bod Agensi Keselamatan, Polis & Tentera ›
so far perbincangan OK takde masalah apa pun, gaduh pun takde, semua org ckp baik2 je
Tiba2 saya dapat notices kata topik saya bukan setakat diTUTUP tetapi DOWN!
Saya hantar MSG kepada mod berkenaan tanya mengapa perkara ini berlaku.....

saya juga telah masuk ke ke bod berkaitan dan kemukakan soalan di
sampai sekrg takde jawapan... tu sebab saya bawa ke sini
KESIMPULAN YG BOLEH SAYA BUAT.....KENAPA TOPIK ITU DITUTUP DAN DOWN OLEH MOD YIPUN ADALAH KERANA DIA TERMALU DENGAN APA YG DIA DAKWA DLM TOPIK ITU. BERLAGAK TAHU TAPI SEBENARNYA DIA TAK TAHU. APABILA KALAH DALAM DISKUSI ITU, DIA MALU DAN TUTUP TOPIK. BUKAN SETAKAT TUTUP TAPI DIA DOWN KE BAWAH SUPAYA ORG LAIN TAK BACA DAN MENYERLAHKAN STUPIDITY DIA.

adalah bekas super mod yang telah terkenal dengan perangai jahat dan perangai extreme gila kuasa nya.

I hope this channel can help me to follow up on the subsequent actions based on complaint yg I buat nih.
Dear Administrator/Super moderator/Moderator in charged,
Referring to recent event in thread Europe... here I come.. posting # 1894, 1900, 1901, 1902 and 1903 please re-evaluate LelaRentaka7 performance as a Moderator. I’m truly displeased and ashamed with the quality of feedback provided by your moderator towards my comment recently. It reflects immaturity, personal hatred and lack of discretion towards forummer posting. Is this a fine quality of moderator operating in forum cari.com?
Being defensive and emotionally volatile is not a good professionalism conduct in controlling a public forum. I strongly agreed and believed a moderator should enforce Board Rules of Conducts and policies while managing a forum. Nevertheless, correct approach need to be applied should there be rules broken by members within the forum. Moderator should always treat forummer equally and never be partial. A moderator should also be knowledgeable and do not hesitate in sharing information and practice within the realm that they mediate.
Hiding information and throwing cynical remark did not address solution to all this fuss. It built up negative aura within the thread and exhibit rage attitude of the moderator. Forummer already starting to have some unconstructive perception on her capability and quality to be a moderator based on an observation of her conduct. As an after effect this might reflects her as an insensitive temperamental moderator and gave an unpleasant repute to forum cari.com.
Private information such as report should remain confidential. Report is made private for a reason. Should the moderator find disturbing issues/complaints in the report it should be shared within forum cari.com admin team and the team is responsible to come out with a proper action plan to curb the highlighted concern. Blurting report information in posting is considered violation of public forum policies and degradation of forum members. This is considered maltreatment and abuse of power. Pointing fingers and highlighting forummer’s fault does not help solving the issues. It makes matter worst by making forum cari.com unfavorable environment as a one-stop reference.
As this is a public forum and she is one of the notable moderator of forum cari.com I would greatly appreciate for you to advise her to mind her statement by not using provocative, personal attack and irrational judgment during posting. Please also practice professional manners and virtuous governance during upholding moderator duty in forum. Courteous warning posting and act within professionalism boundary should always be stressed in managing a public forum no matter how problematical the conditions are. Moderator should keep calm and show good examples hence only mutual respect can be earned.
Appreciate your team to settle this matter the soonest. Sorry should this complaint offend other parties related. Please take this as a challenge to improve forum cari.com administration consecutively portraying a first-class image of Malaysian in this borderless world. This is merely a sincere complaint in making forum cari.com informative, pleasant and motivating environment in future.

for me x der masalah kalau mod ittew leh tegur secara berhemah...
terkadang kita asik berposting smp terlufer kita off topic.
excited kekdahnya...dpt share info ngan kawan.
