LFC chairman admits to mistakes

Liverpool chairman Tom Werner has admitted that mistakes have been made in regards to the failure to replace departed attackers such as Dirk Kuyt, Andy Carroll, Craig Bellamy and Maxi this summer.

“Obviously, we have made some mistakes in the past”, admitted the American. “Our intention is to deliver, strengthen the squad and move forward.”

“We know that January is a challenging time and I don’t want to say we’ve got x or y but, hopefully, the fans will be pleased with what we do accomplish.”

Werner was in attendance as a Luis Suarez inspired Liverpool saw off Wigan at Anfield on Saturday, and he discussed recent speculation on the Uruguayan forward.

“He’s a beautiful player to watch and, as a Liverpool fan, I hope I’m watching him for many years to come. We made a long-term contract with him in the summer and we are going to see a lot of his play at Liverpool.”

Meanwhile, Brendan Rodgers also discussed his hopes for the January transfer window, explaining that there won’t be major changes.

“We’ll look to do something in the January transfer window” said the Reds boss. “There’s not going to be wholesale changes in terms of players coming in, that’s the reality of where the club is at.

“We’re looking to grow over the next six months, we’ll get some reinforcements in January and that will support the group who have been magnificent for me so far.”

Tapi aku nak salahkan Uncle Woy sepenuhnye pun tak boleh gak... Last month aku baca majalah FourFourTwo yang ada artikel tentang sejarah pengurusan Uncle Woy dari dulu sampai ke tahap jadi manager England skang ni, boleh kata mengkagumkan jugak kejayaan dia... Masa dia kat Italy (kat AC Milan) kalau tak silap, org Italy pun puji hasil kerja dia, masa kat Sweden, org Sweden akui dialah antara org yang menaikkan mutu bolasepak kebangsaan Sweden... Jadi aku kelaskan masa Uncle WOy uruskan Liverpool tu sebagai BAD LUCK + owner yang kedekut duit jerlah...

Pendapat aku, masa dia jadi pengurus Liverpool tu, time tu transfer kitty mmg sikit, nak tarik pemain yang power mmg takde duit, cuma boleh tarik pemain yang jadi fringe kat tempat lain dengan GAJI yang BESAR jer... Macam Jovanovic dan Aquilani, diorang sepatutnya masuk bawah Benitez kan? Yang betul2 masuk bawah Uncle Woy setahu aku Poulsen, Kyrgiakos, Konchesky dan JOKOL...

Itu yang bila nak buang DEADWOOD kat kelab ade problem, sebab nak jual takde rege, nak kasik loan plak gaji mahal serupa BEDIL, nak offload macam rugi plak bayar sebelum tu... Dah tu nak  buat macamana? Pakai jerlah...

Itu yang aku harap sangat Januari ni masuklah sorang dua pemain yang boleh tolong Suarez... dibuatnya kelab lain tawarkan gaji sampai 200,000 pound sterling seminggu kang, naya je dia pergi... Sapa nak score? Adoii....

Kalau aku,aku mmg menyalahkan roy 100% ini kerana:
1) buat lawak main defensive formation 5-4-1 kat anfield
2) pi sain jokol free tapi gaji haram mahal,
3) pi loan out aqua tapi gaji liverpool bayar,bangang ke hape?
4) tiada pembelian impak..semua sampah belaka.
5) asal kalah je gosok muka garu kepala,nampak beno bodoxleh cope pressure

Sturridge yang diura - ura nak beli tu boleh fit ke dengan formation sekarang? Atau just backup je?
