REFINANCE RUMAH YANG BARU BELI UTK DAPAT DUIT

salam

aku ade rumah... sign s&p thn 2009.... . skrg dengar kater rege nyer dah naik mencanak2.. lock in period 3 yrs

aku skrg ni nak duit sgt... boleh tak aku refinance?

bape lame mase yg diambil?

pls advise... thank u

loan baru lagi.. boleh je refinance, tapi rugi aa ko.. pasal kena keluar duit untuk lawyer, bayar downpayment loan baru dan bayar penalti loan yang lama...!! takut, tolak tolak semua tu, ko dapat sejemput je melainkan ko dapat jual +RM60-70k dari harga rumah asal ko beli.

blh je refinance.. tp ada penalty sbb lock-in period 3 thn..
cuba riki2 kt bank2.. agak2 baper diaorg blh kasi...
kekadang mmg kiter nampak dlm paper rega naik mencanak..
tp re-finance blm tentu blh dpt sebyk tu..
sbbnyer bank ader panel penilai dioarg sendiri..
panel ni biasanyer yg valuekan property yg nk direfinance tu...

nk refinance kt bank yg sama pon blh.. tp cuba tanya bank2 lain dulu..
mn tau kot dpt lg menarik..
try la tanya insurance company mcm AIA.. diaorg pon ader bg home-loan..

derang ni hangat2 taik ayam jerk...

masa mula2 approach kiter bukan main lagik..bila docs suma dah bagi...derang buat pekasam!!! hampeh betul la...   

susah nak carik banker yg jujur n komited!! kalo ada, ai nak cabar la derang nih!!!!!!

latest budak cimb yg ai dah bagi suma docs ni..yg siap bagitau valuer dah agreed amount yg ai nak pon buat taik! dia peram..kita sms senyappp... last2 arini ai call dia kata dia tak buat refinancing umah dia buat asb loan......buleyyyyyyyyyyy la plakkkkkkkk

sakit hati betol... kerja macam biawak!!!! sbb pakai lidah bercabang tu je la modalnya kan....

nyelit sket..

aritu ada sorang agent from ING klau tak silap... dia offer buat refinance rumah.

katanye.. loan asal rumah dalam 200k... pastu klau refinance... market value umah aku tu bole cecah 400k. so aku bole dapat cash extra dalam 200k. extra cash tu klau nk guna silakan.. tp bayarla balik loan yg total 400k smuanye tu.. tp dia kata.. ada cara yang lebih menguntungkan. laburkan extra money tu dalam satu product ING ni.. tak perasan apa nama dia.. tp kira mcm autopilot gitu.. insurans nye konsep ke hape camtu la.. labur on emas ke tak sure... bulan2 return min 2%... so duit tu bayar loan tu smula... seolah2 kita tak perlu bayar apa2...

Umah aku tuh end of june ni dpt kunci..dulu time aku beli rege 303k.. Skrg ni katenye dah 450k.. Agen ckp.. sooo berbaloi x refinance.. Aku nak pakai duit sgt dah ni
