Hardware Technician

•        New Graduates or Experienced Candidates
•        Good Communication Skills & quick learner
•        Can Troubleshoot technical snags in Computers
•        Must know how to assemble computers
•        Must have Basic knowledge of Operating Systems
•        Basic understanding of Networking
•        Must be able to troubleshoot general errors in computer
•        Must be able to install peripherals in computer, like printer
•        Must be able to troubleshoot errors in Printer, like should be able to change cartridges
•        Must be able to change RAM, Hard disk, Motherboard in a computer
•        Diploma or Certificate in Hardware preferred
•        Must be open to Over Time (over time worked will be compensated)
•        Must be open to on call travel locally (travel expenses will be reimbursed)
•        Must have their own vehicles

Software Technician

•        New Graduates or Experienced Candidates
•        Good Communication Skills & quick learner
•        Good Understanding of Operating System
•        Must have installed and troubleshoot OS related issues
•        Must understand at least one programming language
•        Must have installed software packages or patches on a computer
•        Must have experience or knowledge in installing various windows applications
•        Must be able to install Office applications, configure Outlook/Lotus
•        Diploma or Certificate in Information Technology preferred
•        Must be open to Over Time (over time worked will be compensated)
•        Must be open to on call travel locally (travel expenses will be reimbursed)
•        Must have their own vehicles

Basic salary range will be RM 2000-2500 per month. Overtime is paid 1.5 X times on weekdays and 2 X times on Sundays or holidays. Mileage charges will be paid for client visits

We will also provide them inpatient and outpatient facilities thru ING.
