kalau ambik pakej rm 77 tuh kenalah tambah rm26 untuk sewa telefon lak..jadi rm 103 sebulan

nak tanya sikit, 1st time nak pakai streamyx ni..kalau pakej yg RM88 sebulan tanpa modem tue..line telefon dia charge x? sebab aku tgk yg pakej RM110 tu skali ngan telefon..tapi bg aku telefon rumah bukan satu keperluan..cuma nak pakai internet shj skrg ni..

contract dia mmg 12 bulan ker? kalau yg jenis heavy dloader, TM akan sekat speed internet ker?

kemain payah lah nak gune...da try tengok manual installation book tu tapi taklepas gak nak wat call...sape2 yang install sendiri leh aja tak step by step...?

Saya hendak melanggan package ini:


Rumah saya dahulu nya mempunyai talian tetap akan tetapi pasal suma orang kat rumah dah guna telefon, maka that fix line has been terminated.
Soalan saya di sini:

1. Apabila saya hendak mendaftar, adakah saya perlu membuat apa-apa bayaran pada waktu itu di:
a) TMpoint
b) Streamyx Agent

2. Mengikut apa yang dikatakan dalam iklan tersebut, bill fix line akan di integrate dengan bill streamyx. Jadi, saya mendapat satu bill sahaja. Benarkah?

3. Pada pemasangan oleh kontaktor, adakah saya perlu membayar RM30 or RM50 kerana saya dahulunya ada line telephone tetapi sudah diterminate.

4. Apabila pemasangan bagi talian baru dilakukan, setiap meter tambahan daripada 5 meter yang diperuntukkan akan di charge RM5. Jadi, adakah jarak tersebut mengambil kira jarak tiang telefon di luar rumah ke kediaman saya?

5. Untuk bil bulan pertama, kedua dan ketiga, berapakah saya harus bayar?

6. Berapa lama masa yang biasanya diperuntukkan daripada tarikh kita mendaftar ke tempoh mendapat talian telefon baru dan streamyx sekali?

Maaf daripada saya sekiranya banyak persoalan di sini.

Banyak nak kena jawab, baik ko tanya sendiri puas hati..ko ada line celcom tak?
dail 100..akan di charge rm1 sekali call, ini dulu la punya kos.

Streamyx boleh acccess Facebook pagi ini,mungkin sekejap saja kot error tak boleh
masuk itu.

At least good one from TM.

1. Register for a new fixed line with Streamyx Blockbuster 1Mbps yesterday, 30th June 2011.
2. TM Contractor went to my house to install the new fixed line and i got my deck phone on the spot too, 1st July 2011.
3.According to the schedule, my Streamyx will be install on 5th July 2011.

So far so good. I simply cannot wait.

TM point told you , Streamyx will be install on 5th July 2011..that's should be ok.
you can't just rely on website, sometime they late update it, simply call 100
to get the latest info.

At 11.30 a.m just now, TM contractor called me and i set up the installation of the new line by today since they said they can do it by today.
It took them only 30 minutes to pasang the new wire and the phone.
They also give the deck phone on the spot!  :clap:  :clap:  :clap:  :hyper:  :hyper:  :hyper:

The total cost was RM50. Next week, according to them, the TM technician will install the Streamyx. Simply can't wait.
