It's ok... dah highlight aku nyer masalah nie kat board 'komputer & Internet'... hopefully there would be somebody who will come out and help me to look into this problem... aku bab bab connection, hard ware & soft ware nie memang fail... tapi kalo bab pakai, cam expert jer

wah!!! motip priki mention my house location kat thread nie??

Kalau mula2 dpt signal cantik pastu dlm 10 minit tiba2 gambar pecah2 & tak lama pastu kuar mesej "Se ...

this is what i do if i experience lagu ni even if situasi x ujan x ribut
set decoder to standby tunggu clock comes up
then switch on astro again
selalu kes yg pecah2 ni akan settle
worst case, off terus switch kat dinding tu and restart astro
normally it works

as a layman aku agak decoder tu kena reboot kot untuk flush apa2 la

Nie ar cara orang zaman sekarang bersosial... Boley berkawan... bergurau senda... marah marah or even leh bergaduh kat alam cyber walaupun in reality tak pernah or most probably tak akan jumpa in reality world... cuma tu ar.. tak dok agi ar yang berkahwin di alam cyber... {:1_126:}
   
Rasa rasanya, manusia akan datang akan hidup cam ni ler kut... akan terperap kat bilik or area dia 'seorang' jer.. tak kuar kuar dari kawasan tu... bekerja... tinggal.. hidup... makan... kawin... beranak pinak kat kawasan tu jer, langsung tak bercontact ngan real human kat reality world...  cuma satu jer cara untuk bersosial i.e. melalui alam cyber Berkahwin di alam cyber.. beranak pinak di alam cyber...

    try keluarkan smartcard astro..gunakan rubber eraser pastu gosok gold chip tu  slow2...maybe u punya odu kat luar tu dah loose???

So TT, cam ner ngan TT nyer issue? Dah kol ker ASTRO nak komplen...? Kasi ganyang customer service dia kaw kaw erk.. lepas tu, citer ar balik kat thread nie... Masa kol, jangan luper tanya nama customer service yang handle TT nyer enquiry tu... biar dia rasa cuak sket

    tak col pun...the same standard party line dorang akan bagi..kena buat troubleshooting depan TV ler,,,hapa ler...Ananda Krishnan owner of Astro ni best friend Dr Mahathir ex Pm kita tu...so far belum ada any pay tv yang boleh hit Astro..yg ada pun dulu,mega TV pun dah lingkup...

Tak dok maknanya nak trouble shooting kat TV... TV tu dok setempat jer... bukannya cam lap top yang dibawak ke hulu ke hilir. Mereka tue sajer jer bagi pelbagai alasan sebab the real root cause is 'Bad whether or turbulence kat angkasa or langit'. Tapi mereka tahu, kalo mereka bagi alasan ni, sure akan kena laha dan petir daripada subscriber... Aku kalo dah marah kat call center, memang aku mempuakakan mulut aku kaw kaw kat taff staff yang melayan tue... lepas tu, puas hati walaupun service tak recover... sebab kalo mereka nak fix the thing, sure take time. Kalo serius sangat, aku tak mo cakap ngan front liner tetapi aku akan bercakap ngan person at higher authority... puas hatiii

    astro ni 100% rely pada satelite...decoder tu doesn't help much pertaining to cuaca ujan or tak...dorang punya concept ni lebih kurang mcm ni



dish (out door unit) is receiving the signal from satelite....


during cloudy day..or rainning...heavy cloud akan blocking satelite tu..so this is what the stupid astro call as
Rain fade.. when we lose signal when it rains.

    Bro...to be frank..aku pun selalu marah kaw2 kat call centre tu...tapi ni aku nak bagi tips sikit klu col dorang..
staff kat coll centre ada hak untuk letak gagang tel tu, kalau kita maki hamun dorang , pastu staff tu akan bagi reminder kat customer sumting like this..
"sir, i remind u, not to use vulgar words..if the 3rd time, u are still using the vulgar words,i'm gonna hung up this col"

aku rasa kat Malaysia ni...Celcom, bank ker, jarang staff boleh hung up col..except astro..why? their management is ***k up

**moral of the story, jangan maki dorang lebih drpd 3 kali hoccay?**

Yup, I aware about this. Got a friend working at TM Call Centre (QA Executive). His job is to investigate the complaints lodged in by the complainants who are not satisfied with the products, services or with the peoples who are responded profesionally to his call at the call centre. So, what he will do is to replay the recorder to listen the tele-con in between the complainant vs. careliner. By doing so, he will evaluate and judge whether the complainant's negative feedback toward the careliner is really valid or not... at the same time, to really understand what is the real root cause of this complainant's dissatisfaction. Careliner can remind the complainant not to use abusive or harsh word upon complaint, otherwise, he/she can disconnect the line.

Frankly speaking, I myself working in consumer care line and I knew how to handle those difficult complainants. Sometimes, they will use very bad word till touch our nerves but bear in mind, once you get angry... thing won't resolve the situation... even make thing getting worse. Therefore, as for me, I will use psychology upon handling and managing those hard core complainants. If thing really beyond my authority to make decision... then I will inform the complainant to let me to refer his case to higher authority and will revert to him once the resolution has been made... or will keep him update on the progress of the action from time to time till the issue is solved. If really no solution, then... this is between company/management vs complainant ...

Complainant will be more than happy to make the care liner/front liner angry because they actually want to release the emotion toward the services/products which are not meet their requirement/expectation... at the end... products/services suck..the peoples working in that company also suck
