Samsung ST500/Samsung ST550 Dual LCD Camera!!

I'm planning to buy this camera that I've been dreaming of since last year....

Cuma sekarang ni nak confirmkan pasal perbezaan ST500/ST550 ni...

Based on my current findings...

Other than those six differences both cameras are similar, the obvious reason to buy the cheaper ST500 are

• You don’t need HDMI
• You don’t mind a smaller LCD screen
• You want to experience the fun of having a front lcd without spending more
  

After reading several reviews I personally prefer the ST500, the weakness of the ST550 is its weak battery life which is a result of a bigger LCD. Theoretically the ST500’s battery will last longer since it have a smaller LCD screen. BUT if you watch photos directly from the camera to your high definition LCD TV, the HDMI connectivity with the ST550 is a plus. It really depends on your need, otherwise if you don’t mind shelling off several bucks, go for the ST550. The huge LCD screen is pretty.

So nak tanya, HDMI tu actually means what? Maksudnya yang ST500 tu langsung takleh nak view gambar kt TV ke? Mcmtu?

1. Compact Camera
2. Ada Dual LCD/Cermin/Whatever untuk Self-Portrait shot
3. Boleh rakam High Quality video

Samsung Camera user is here
Pada pendapat meha, ST500/550 ni best sebab ada secondary screen je.
ST lebih kepada STYLE and gambar pun quality best.
pasal HDMI tu, kalau rasa tak perlu tak payah la amik.
Anyway apa yang meha tahu pasal kamera ni, bateri dia cepat habis sebab segala setting dia guna touch screen and touch screen dia pun bagus sebab responsive. Jadi battery spare amatlah diperlukan

ada je kalau tak silap, sebab haritu pergi Senheng ada jual yang PL150 ngan ST550
Kalau kamera tu dah lama keluar, Meha dah sambar dah sebab mesti murah sikit harganya haha..
masa meha beli Samsung camera benda ni baru keluar.

So, can you please give more details? Huhuhu.. i.e. Beli kat mana, baper price, dapat apa etc..

And then, pasal touch screen tu.. Ermm.. Banyak kali tak berlaku unintended action i.e. tertekan apa2 without intention? huhuh.. Especially kalau simpan dalam poket.. Dia boleh muat poket gak kan?

Pasal HDMI tu.. Bila gugel2 balik.. ehehe.. Rasanya tu utk LCD TV kot kan? Kalau TV biasa still boleh lagi pakai ST500 tu.

But since meha kata PL150 tu pun dah ada jual.. I will go for that lah kot. Tp kelmarin check dekat website Samsung Malaysia, dia tak list kan pun..

Apa beza dia eh actually? Meha tahu tak?

Hohohoh.. Mana mungkin aku jual barang2 yang aku susah payah beli..

Still simpan gak lah Powershot SX10 tu Mage.. Obviously camera tu punya image quality jauh lebih bagus walaupun 10MP je..

Samsung PL151 ni kalau outdoor mmg meletup! Cun takda masalah!

Tapi kalau indoor shot.. Banyak noise..

And then nasib baiklah finally dapat figure out mcmana nak dapatkan the best outcome of self-shot utk indoor.. Sah2 perkara tu yang paling penting yg menyebabkan aku gigih beli kamera ni..

I never managed to get a nice close-ups.. Sebab tak pegi mana2 pun...

Anyway, petang tadi berkesempatan ambik gambar lalat hinggap kat bunga.. kira OKlah kan..







Nak cuba close-up lagi... lalat tu pun terbang..

ermm.. honestly speaking.. rasanya dah bgtau pun kt atas tu.. kalau ko byk nak amik indoor shots.. aku sajes ko amik jelah kamera lain...

tp kalau ko banyak pegi outing.. amik outdoor shots under sunlight.. then OKlah amik kamera ni.

actually the only plus point about this camera to me cuma dual screen tu jelah..
