masa new year tu buat american choc resepi yg zaiima tepek tuh..menjadik..sedap..suka sgt..mungkin sebab penggunaan gula perang..tapi not chocolaty enuff for my liking..next time nak tambah choc chips..

by the way rosak x kek kalau saya cadang nak  bancuh koko powder ngan susu instead of water...belum try tapi nak try..kunun nak bagi rasa milky2 sket..





next time nak kena buat 2 adunan..rasa cam x shukuppppp jeeee..as usual..kek ku sure naik x rata dan merekah..ahhhh janji sedap

oh iyer ke..chemp selalu guna resepi apa eh?

this recipe zaiima ni perlu bancuh serbuk koko ngan warm water, tu ingat nak try bancuh ngan susu..tapi senang bangat  nak buat..jap jap dah siap..

moist choc cake resepi kak misliha..
buat 2 adunan, 1 utk size 9in..so yg lebih buh dlm papercup..
yg sebiji lupa nak snap

resipi dari buku...... tapi kalau nak bancuh, i think untuk hancurkan koko (unless dah ayak) better pakai susu suam.....

Kalau tak bancuh pun tak pe, sy selalu wat resepi dr buku chef wan, ikut resepi asal, secawan air panas dibancuh dgn setengah cawan koko.  What i did was, i gunakan secawan full cream milk. Koko tu boleh di masukkan bersama dgn bahan2 kering spt tepung & baking powder.  Ok je..tak de masalah. Tp beza rasanya lebih rasa berlemak. I tgk Nigella pun biasa letak susu without having to stir d cocoa together. Sekadar membantu ye.

rajinnya korang nie . mee wat simple2 jer. resipi kek chef wan selalunya mahal2 . susah lak tu. aritu mee try wat kek cheese resipi chef wan x jadik

Oh ye ke?...ok la jugak resepi dia tu, dah cuba some of it, ok je..tp paling sdp bread pudding sdp giler....favourite famili i...tp resepi cheesecake dia for somebdoy yg baru mula nak wat cheesecake mmg payah nak ikut..i biase compare resepi dia dgn yg lain....

tu lah.....Chef Wan ni masak apapun walau jenis campak2 pun menjadik jugak!kita2 nih....kalau silap teknik,mau menangis bila nengok hasilnya...
but,as Chef Wan said,kitchen is the best place to experiment our skill.....

A'ah,...i dah puas experiment cheesecake menggunakan resepi Chef Wan...tak pernah terbuang lg tp mmg mcm2 yg berlaku, cheesecake yg merekah abis, ada yg pernah sy bakar sampai 2 jam lebih...

Kalau byk sgt 1 kg tu boleh reduce to 750gm.

Ni resepi choc cake yg kero cuba dr Australian weekly mag. sume bancuh dgn mixer je..sib baik lembut gak. Masa buat X de tepung S.R, so kero ganti dgn tepung gandum semuanya & masukkan 1  1/2 tsp baking powder.

Fudgy Chocolate Cake



Bahan:

185 gm butter
1 1/2 cawan gula halus
3 biji telur (gred A)

1 1/2 cawan tepung naik sendiri
3/4 cawan tepung gandum
1/2 cawan serbuk koko
1 cawan air sejuk
1 sudu teh esen vanila

Cara membuatnya:

1. Pukul butter & gula hingga kembang dgn mixer. Masukkan telur satu persatu & pukul hinggga kembang & sebati. Masukkan esen vanila.

2. Ayak tepung bersama serbuk koko. Masukkan tepung berselang-seli dgn air. Masukkan tepung akhir sekali. Adun dgn mixer pd kelajuan perlahan hingga sebati.

3. Masukan bancuhan kek dlm loyang 9" yg telah diletakkan kertas minyak.
Bakar pd suhu 180 darjah C selama 1 jam hingga 1 jam 15 minit.

Utk topping, kero guna ganache frosting dr resepi David Lebovitz. Resepi dia x guna heavy cream...tp hasil dia tetap sama mcm ganache yg guna heavy cream tu.
Topping ni jd pekat kurang dr sejam masa kero buat.

10 ounces bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, coarsely chopped

hi all

yesterday nengok AFC yang ade chef michael trotter tuh...dia buat choc cake aka kinda brownies type..sangat simple dari bahan2 sampai ke cara buat...sori yek aku tak aware sukatan die..cuma nengok camne die buat jek..so maybe u all can give it a try kot ade bembahan kat umah nun..untuk minom petang nih...and guess what the outcome is so simply tempting for choclate cake lover...

ingredient to mix altogether: flour, cocoa powder, brown sugar, table cream, baking powder, chuncky chocolate/hershey yang pointy bulat2 tuh...campo sume skali n letak lam baking pan

pastu taborkan bende ni kat atas adunan : mixture of cocoa powder and brown sugar...mix well and layer it on top of the mixture lam baking pan tuh...pastu panaskan santan pekat (believe it or not the chef use santan maybe die nak kelainan selalu kan dorang pakai lofet milk etc) pastu korang just curahkan santan lam adunan baking pan tuh...pastu masok le lam pembakar...

ermm bila dah siap tuh ..dia potong alahaiii so soft and the chunky choc tu melted dalam kek...nampak so rich..gooey and moist sungguh....mcm nak cuba..tapi tu lahh oven tak ade ...hahahha oleh itu nengok tv jek lah sambel telan air lior....
