okay, coco nak share experience coco plak...
last year around Oct coco pegi check doc sbb ingatkan nak mula balik treatment..
tapi doc detect cyst dah dtg balik.. ada 3 and combine together the size is bigger >5cm..
so the doc suggestkan utk operate lagi utk buang....masa nie mmg dah sedih sgt dah tapi pasrah.. tapi coco still carik 2nd opinion..
the 2nd doc agree with the 1st doctor utk operate, tapi dia bagi coco ubat utk cuba..
dia ckp awal2 jgn mengharap sgt yg ubat tu akan ilangkan cyst tu.. sbb it is too big..
tapi no harm trying.. coco amik ubat tu utk 2 minggu...coco pegi 2nd checkup with the 2nd doc.. and the cyst tak lah hilang semua .. tapi tinggal satu..and the size is only 2mm... very small... doc tu kata dia pun surprise and said that the other cyst tu semuanya hormonal cyst...
the doc suggest coco proceed with IVF since now operation is no longer needed... |

in Nov2009, coco start the IVF cycle... masa tu x sempat nak look around for a better place to do the IVF... but at the end we decided to go ahead with the 2nd doc...
things happen so fast, coco cuma amik 4 days of hormon injection (Gonal-f) and thats it..
tahu2 dah nak buat egg retrieval jer... along the ways, coco ada raise a concern dkt doc..
the eggs count tu mcm too low... mcm x enough hormon stimulation...
but the docs said not to worry, sbb i am still young so the egg numbers is skit tapi the quality should be excellent....dah doc pakar kata mcm tu, i just went along with it..
only after the day, nak egg transfer tu baru doc tu kata, yg egg tak fertilize as expected..
cuma 1 jer yg elok.. dkt situ coco dah rasa mcm... a bit hampa... tapi still try to keep positive.. all i need is one good egg + one good sperm to have one healthy baby....
tapi, rezeki tu blum ada... the IVF cycle is not a success...
after that coco jumpa the doc for after-procedure consultation and he said, the egg quality is low and that is the unexpected things to happen in this attempt... dia kata, cyst yg ada tu mungkin menyebabkan egg quality tu kurang.... |

so skrang nie, the doc suggest to go ahead with the operation.. to clean up everything..
and only then start with another cycle....after discussing with my hubby, we agree to do the operation but it would not be with him or his partner.... dia actually referred us to another doc for the operation... so now, nervously waiting and trying to keep positive.. x nak stress...
and we will try our 2nd IVF and hopefully it is a success.... semoga Allah bantu kami dan kabulkan doa kami utk menimang cahayamata...
p/s: sorry lah terpjg pulak ceritanya.. hehehe |

kawan2.. sekarrang tengah waiting mode. mungkin ahad ni nak buat UPT sendri kat rumah. btw saya tukar url ye atas ebab2 tertentu. isi masih sama tukar url je.

bila the 1st IVF tu x jadi, hubby coco mcm dah x nak continue.... dia suruh berhenti dulu...
it starts and finished... mcm sekelip mata.. i think my hubby is more devastated lagi daripada coco sendiri..
walaupun dia kata dia x mengharap.. but i can feel it, yg dia kecewa...emotionally & financially...
but after coco pujuk, he agreed to continue treatment..bersyukur sgt hubby tu pun seorang yg penyabar dan penyayang...
anyway, to MJ....semoga berjaya yer  |

sorry ye coco, tak berapa paham.. kena buat operation untuk apa eh? cyst kan dah kecik jadi 2mm? nak kata d&c tak kan? BFN kan result dia?
paham sgt how ur husband felt.. same here. dia try nampak strong depan kita tapi tau dia frust. hari masa doc suruh dnc tu nampak dia and diam je. hish tatau nak explain mana tapi faham la apa dia rasa.
and just wondering kenapa doc coco macam a bit rush ye? dia takde consult suruh amik apa2 before gonal-f ke ye? |

dr ckp mmg bole nak masuk berapa embrio pun tapi risky tuk ibu dan bb kalo semua melekat, mcm yg sweet ckp bole memudarat kan ibu dan bb..kebanyakan bb twins or triplet dari IVF ni semua lahir premature bb sama ada ibu yg prob or bb yg prob sbb ivf kan so doc mesti nak selamat kat both..tapi masa ven buat aritu pun 1st attempt msuk kan 3 embrio, failed..
2nd attempt masuk 2 embrio lekat 1 pun dah bersyukur sgt...
ven doakan semua yg go tru ivf ni kuat semangat...dr pun ada ckp org yg buat treatment ivf ni lagi 10x keciwa n frust kalo treatment failed compare org yg conceive normal ni..
ven pun pernah alami emosional breakdown lepas failed aritu..tapi alhamdulillah..tapi bila pk2 balik ada rahmat Nya kalau kita bersabar sikit dan tenang dlm treatment jgn stress2 insyaAllah ada rezeki tu..lagi satu buat solat sunat taubat dan solat tghmlm supaya dipermudahkan semua urusan kita...hubby pun memainkan peranan gak kena bg moral support n bg semangat kat kita..cam ven hubby amik cuti sethn tuk buat ivf ni tuk take care kita yg kena bedrest ni.. |

operation tu utk remove cyst yg kecik tu, buat DNC, check my tiub sbb the last HSG yg i buat mcm ada hydrosalpinx.. and utk clear kan adhesion yg disebabkan oleh cyst tu.. so dlm erti kata lain utk clear semua yg X sepatutnyer ada = clean slate lah...
doc ada explain jugak yg, ada kemungkinan kalau confirm itu mmg hydosalpinx, doc akan kluarkan air terkumpul tu and worst case scenario, doc mungkin buang tiub tu.. tapi coco suruh doc selamatkan tiub and option buang tu as the last resorts lah...
cyst endo yg dulu tu sebelah kiri... and the current cyst pun still sebelah kiri...
tapi doc suspect ada adhesion berlaku sebelah kanan.. thats why, egg quality tu kurang..
doc 2nd tu, mmg a bit rush sbb patient dia ramai...his quite well known in infertility..
however doc yg nak buat operation nie doc no. 3... pun quite well known jgk...
masa last scan with the doc no.3, dia mmg ckp yg dlm womb tu nmpk messy sgt.. byk empty egg shells, liquid etc.
so dia suruh tunggu next mensus cycle, katanya kesan previous IVF cycle tu takes time to clear off... so he put me on medication and he will do another scan nanti... and then baru go ahead with the operation... |

ven, mary memula pun kalau boleh nak masuk 2 or 3 3mbryo tapi keadaan tak mengizinkan. only 1 at a time takut lekat semua jadi bahaya. mary ada unicorneate uterus, size kecik je dari normal. |

i see, dulu ada satu forumer tu suspected hydrosalpinx gak. hampir2 nak buang tube tu. dia berjaya conceive natural at last tanpa buang kan. i rasa u pun tau forumer tu kan.. |

actually kan masa buat 1st IVF tu, kami starts with some negative vibe...
coco have to do some hormon test before starting with the injection.. so diorg suruh kami nie gi jenjalan dulu sementara menunggu result.. kalau result okay baru dtg balik amik ubat and start the ivf cycle....
then sementara menunggu tu, coco ajak hubby gi tmpt lain... so bila clinic call kami utk amik ubat, kami nie sampai lambat .... the nurses muka dah mcm cencurut...so masa explain mcm mana nak amik/inject ubat pun mcm nak x nak... masa ajar inject tu nurse tu boleh main inject mcm tikam jer dkt perut.. terkejut and mmg sakit lah...
hubby dah mcm x happy dah... yer lah.. mmg lah kitaorg nie salah sbb lambat.. kami apologize...tapi jgn lah mcm tu.... mcm x professional lak plak.... nak dijadikan cerita kan.. |

mj, takpa dpt masuk 1 pun dah ada chance tuk conceive cuma perlu rehat dan limit ur xtvt je..
cam ven lak retroverted uterus tapi doc ckp xpe pasal takde masalah kalo preggy pun..sbb both tube dah kena cantas so no other option la kena buat ivf gak.. |

Rona roni nadyf dah kawin masuk thn ke 7... nadyf dah ambil anak angkat.. mungkin berkat
anak angkat gak nadyf dapat conceive.. sekarang dah 1 tahun lebih.. masa buat treatment pun
sibuk melayan anak.. jadi tak berapa stress sgt.. masa tu doa bebanyak dimurahkan rezeki dapat
anak dan dapat jadikan anak angkat nadyf anak susuan.. pernah gak ambil ubat utk keluarkan susu
tapi tak kesampaian.. |

Nyampah kan dpt doktor mcm ni --ingat duit kita tu tak bernilai kot? or kalau VIP datang jer dia orang bagi first class treatment.
Nasiblah kat US ni doktor, nurse dll ahli tmpt rawatan layan pesakit mcm anak raja. |

nak tanya siapa yg berpengalaman, how soon boleh dapat accurate UPT ye? i know i had experience tapi semua mengecewakan 
sekarang saya 9dpt 5d (9 days post trasfer) untuk frozen embryo yang berumur 5 hari. Or 14 day past ovulation. what if satu line je ye? or what if faint line?
takut nak buat UPT |

Di US ni .. kalau pesakit tu under 35 yrs old -- doktor masukkan dua. Kalau 35-40 ..doktor masukkan tiga. Kalau 41 keatas dan kesihatan pesakit tu bagus dan pernah ada anak doktor letak 4 or lima. Sebab chance bagi orang berumur ni utk lekat semuanya amatlah nipis
TAPI ............. sebelum letak/transfer pesakit kena sign surat perjanjian. Dlm perjanjian tu pesakit mesti setuju buat selective removal. Meaning kalau dari empat embies tu ada tiga yang lemah hear beat or ada kecacatan/ tak normal doktor boleh terminate it.
Mcm saya -- dah ada dua orang anak. Normal pregnancy. Kesihatan bagus so doktor setuju letak 4. Saya desak dia letak 4 sebab saya nak twins or triplet. Saya tak sign surat sebab saya ckp normal ka tak normal ke saya accept sebab saya orang Islam. Doktor tu pun orang Islam -- jadi dia faham. Bila keguguran doktor kata tu lah nak sangat letak banyak .. |
