Tak Puas Hati Dengan Baggage Handler/Package Handler

Aku tak sure la kalau thread macam ni dah ada ke tak. Dah search tp nampaknya xdela.Tp kan Mod, kalo kot2 ader mergekan je la ekkk??

Bukan apa, aku ni amat tak puas hati dgn perangai baggage handler kat airport tu as well as package handler kat pos office..

Utk pengetahuan korang, aku sekarang ni buatla bisnes biskut Raya sikit2, and antara kaki distributor aku adalah sedara mara aku kat Swak. Over the weekend kakak aku dtgla KL nak deliver stok kek lapis dari sana, and at the same time bawak balik stok biskut Raya kastemer kitorg kat sana.

Masa check in tadi kitorg betul2 stress kat counter MAS tu kotak2 ni ada brg2 fragile, siap dah letak sticker FRAGILE lagi tu...Tp bila dah sampai Kch tadi bukak je kotak biskut2 macam tat nenas banyak yg pecah!!! ...Dahla diorang charge excess baggage 1kilo=RM15, bukan murah tau!!!!

Then beberapa bulan yg lepas aku ada gak poskan sample biskut2 ni guna Pos M'sia. Same case, aku stress gila bgtau benda tu fragile please handle elok2...tp bila sampai destinasi aku dpt tau gak benda2 ni sumernya pecah!!!!

So aku nak tau la kot korang tau is there any way we can complain dekat Airport authority/MAS/AirAsia/Pos Malaysia tentang perangai staff2 diorang yg x amanah cemni???Ni belum lagi kes2 diorang curik barang passenger...Kalau korang sudi share la story/pengalaman korang dlm hal2 cemni gak..

Aku sgt2 geram sekarang nihh!!!Dah byr beratus excess baggage tp brg tetap gak hancuss.....!!!

aku dari kecik smpai ker besar dh peratikn hal2 mcm nie..
bio besar gaban pn sticker fragile tuh,
takde pn kena endah ngan pekerja2 tuh..
byk btl brg2 mak aku pecah,gara2 org tak reti handle nie..

aku puas pikir,so utk ape sticker tuh,
kalo 1 manusia pn tk tau pikir..

bab beg2 kena selongkar n brg hilang pn dh byk kali kena..

pernah jd tp xtaw nak repot kat mana.. lg pun dorg x de makne nak angkat dgn penuh sopan santun... huhuhu.. sabar la tuan tanah..

marumaru...memangla takleh nak buat apa benda ni dah jadik, tp at least kita kena pikir cara spy pihak berwajib atau bos2 diorg ni amik berat sikit ttg pe'el diorang ni. Kita guna servis diorang bukan tak bayo, malah dah beratus kita belanjakan tau..Aku redha ni salah satu cabaran meniaga ni, tp tu la...tolongla kot sesapa tau is thr any way we can do to solve the problem???Kpd saper kita nak buat aduan..

z3t_ex....itula...benda cemni mmg happens all the time. tp adakah boss2 diorang ni amik berat ttg ketidakpuasan hati kastemer/passengers?Lgpun nak guna servis diorg bukannya murah kann...adik ex aku dulu pun penah kena lagi terus. Dia chk in some electronic gadgets into his luggage, bila dah sampai destinantion bukak je beg sumer brg tu hilang, saper tak hanginn??Even if kita nak tuntut ganti rugi, kekadang they can pusing balik cerita kata kita cuai la...kita tipu la...etc...

Mod medang...Thx 2 d pinat tu...ko nyer pinat boleh tukaq jadik duet takk???

Mcm mana dia org dpt award dr skytrax pun tak paham. MAS ni dapat byk service award, so saya cadangkan u berani sedikit, jumpa boss dia, kelentong pi lah u ni journalist. Ambil nama employee, ask them what happened.
Pekerja handling ni biasa la, cakap lah beribu kali nih pun, dia org handle bagasi beribu sehari, mana nak sempat tgk fragile ke ape ke, melainkan VIP VIP, haaaaa, baru kelam kabot. So u hv to treat yourself mcm VIP dah, pergi buat hal, anyway, you are asking for your rights, its not about the amount of money yg involved, its the integrity and futhermore, kuih2 u tak sampai on time to your customer, its bad service kan, actually it's not your fault but it's theirs, kesan nya jauhkan.....
Money yg u spned kat MAS biarlah worth it, else guna je courier MBJ, malam bole jalan, save le skit duit, lambat, lambat lah, lebih baik elok dr pecah....

Exactly...dats y aku bukak thread ni...kot2 sesapa kat luar tau camner nak buat komplen pasal benda2 ni...Ni bukan je pasal diorang buat dajal kat barang kita yg kita dah byr pakai servis diorang to jugak nak hilite other issues such as yg diorang selongkar beg2 passengers and curi barang apa semua. Nak wat tuduhan pun susah since baggage tu pun byk bertukar tgn b4 sampai balik kat kita...
