Macammana nak charge keje convert programming language

I'm not sure whether this is the right place for me to ask the question... kalu silap mintak maap yek...
Anyone has any idea the rate to charge conversion from older programming language to a new one. Sebab aku ada satu project ni orang nak bg, nak convert to .NET, but i'm not sure about the charge.. and the source code are all print out, x ada soft copy, jenuh jugak nak taip smula, pastuh nak convert pulak.... ada dlm 10-15 modules kot... any idea? |

huhu.. nk charge mahal tuh la at least kene ada range berapa... kalu wat new application ke, or web ke, tau gak la idea berapa nk charge...
nih lain... nk convert old language to new... xtau nk letak berapa... |
