Kompeni hantar g training pastu...

Kalau kompeni hantar pekerja g training (external), management ada hak ke nak simpan pekerja tu punya certificate?
Tak kisah la attendance atau exam certificate.. sesape tau?

errkk... tak pernah kena.... suma training cert aku pegang.... nak watper kampeni pegang... kalo nak pun kasi yg copy cert tu aje... tu pun mungkin as proof attend training utk ISO record...

ni yang aku bengang..kita2 penat blaja tuk lulus exam, cert ori diorg pegang. yang staff ni copy pon tak dapat.
Pasal kena kasi segala training material pada kompeni atas alasan kompeni yang bayar cost training, logik lagi....

Ada termaktub dalam hak2 pekerja tak? sesape arif pls help~~

mcm my cik abg la..

depa xnak bg sbb takut lps training,cabut gi company lain-dgn sijil tuh.

tp patutnya xyah buat camtu.sbb utk external training,rasanya ade agreement.
let say training tu kos 2000,mungkin kena ikat keja 6bln-1thn ke..
so depa xperlu takut psl staff lari..

so,not sure laa camne nak tuntut kat depa

kompeni kata; kalo aku yg bayar, aku ada hak jugak le.
ko susah gi kursus, aku susah bayar.
ko dpt ilmu, aku pegang sijil. muaaahahaha....

ASTRO lagi teruk..member aku menang award best sound,lighting and set design kat satu anugerah yg gilang gemilang tapi award tu astro tak kasi member bawak balik.....simpan kat opis

betoi la tu... biasanya kalo training2 yg membabitkan RM yg byk kampeni kena kuarkan kontrak / agreement...
so kalo dah ada bitau dlm agreement tu.. pasrah aje la.... sendiri yg sign kan...
ni biasanya sebagai satu cara bagaimana majikan nak simpan pekerja supaya tak lari lepas abis study / training...
my previous employer dah buat kesilapan hantar staff study pasai EMS... cost about 20k.. abis je dapat sijil.. terus resign keje tempat lain guna sijil yg dia baru dapat... tu mendera majikan namanya tu...

aku ada attend training cost 7k for 2 days.. tak byk kisah pun HRDF byk...

agreement mmg ada. bonding 6 bln lepas anta mana2 external training or cost training kena byr balik.
tapi psal sijil takde mention. kalau dia tayang kat opis ke boleh gak tgk, ke wat copy ke..
ini langsung tak penah tengok...

  ni satu hal lagi.
kalau training kita pegi tu di'claim' under HRDF, atau mana2 fund gomen...layak ke kompeni soh kita bayar balik in case berenti tak cukup notis bonding tu?

ade ko try riki2 tnya bila boleh dpt?lps abes kontrak bonding ke,or xkan bg langsung,jadik hak syarikat?

klu dia kata hak syarikat,ko leh tnya mahkamah buruh kot. utk verify betul ke tak.or mana lagi ek nak tnya hak pekerja?

mileage/parking/travelling cost ditanggung staff sepenuhnya

Memang ada plan nak tanya HR, tp aku nk tanya pendapat org2 lain kat luar dulu....sbb HR ni org baru dan merupakan sepupu sepapat big bos sendiri. banyak sgt mende merapu dan konflik yg dia dah spread.

aiyoo... minyak, parking suma tu claim sekali laaaa...

kalau duit datang dari kampeni sendiri, mmg patutnya kampeni ada hak... tapi kalo ikutkan, HRDF pun kampeni yg contribute...

sensiang dalam kontrak depa dah kata travelling or parking for training purposes is not claimable.

sensiang depa dah berkira ngan pekerja....tu aku jadi nk berkira balik, tapi kena ada point nak counter

boleh reject...tapi bersedia la apa bos/management nak wat kat ko  :handshake:

kalau jenis yang ok, ko tros terang kata plan nak berenti tak lama lagi pon tarak hal.
dapat cam kompeni aku, asal tender notis je..management wat staf cam musuh
