pinjaman perumahan

saya nak tanya masalah ni bagi pihak kakak saya...dia dah buat permohonan pinjaman perumahan kerajaan, sudah diluluskan..tapi, dia belum lagi tandatangan borang jawapan untuk terima pinjaman perumahan tu...dengan lawyer pun belum sain ape2 lagi..
pastu dia tanya kita, kalau dia tak jadik nak beli rumah yang tu, boleh tak dia nak batalkan..sebab, dia cakap bila dah pikir2 balik, macam taknak pulak beli..dia nak carik rumah lain pulak..

selagi tak sain apa2 tak jadi masalah.
boleh batalkan...
lagipun bukan  kakak u  nak cari umah lain kan?

Just curious...katakan Pinjaman tu dah di proceed ( gomen loan )...tp kita ubah fikiran ( mcm kes ixora )...adakah in the future kia akan mudah dapat loan lagi....???

My curiousity is "mudah"..bukannya tak dapat....basalah kan....kalau derang tu dah wat sumer dokumen...alih2...kita cancel...sedikit sebanyak mungkin staff yg handle pinjaman akan terasa kan....dan mungkin jadik "pendendam senyap2".....dan bgtahu pada member2 derang .." Korang kalau nampak atau terima in he future sipolan2 ni wat loan rumah....Korang lambat2kan lah approval nyer...menyusahkan org jer,,"

sesetengah bank pun ada amalkan mende2 ni....tp dikalangan staff la...esp staff yang keje kat Bhgn Loan tu....proses pinjaman peribadi ke,..apa2 ke....Kan ada staff yg wat call dan prmote cc Holder tuk wat loan....mmg hak kita tuk refuse bagai...tp...ye la kan...nama pun manusia.....kdg2 yang bagi alasan nak refuse loan tu mcm2 cara ...ada yg memperlekehkan staff tu....ada yg tengking2 taknak offer tu...kalau cakap cara baik..ok la....

Dan konpem gak yang derang akan tulis remarks for future reference...
