An inside source tells ET that Beyoncé, who holds the most nominations at 10, will take the stage and perform a number.

With 182 thousand copies sold between January and October last year, "I Am .. Sasha Fierce," ranked third among the most sold in the country (Beyonce is the 1st international star).
