Kerjaya Bidang ISO Management

Assalamu'alaikum dan selamat sejahtera....
Saja bukak satu thread pasal ISO neh.... bukan ape.. kot2 la ade otai2 ISO yg ade dalam CARI yg mungkin ade sesuatu yg nak dicurahkan untuk tatapan bersama....
bagi aku ISO field nih.. tak kira la 9001 ke 14001 ke, TS ke GMP ke HACCP ke 22000 ke sume2 la... sume ade prospect yg cerah.. sbb dekat IPT masih xde yg offer specific course utk terjun ke dalam bidang nih... yg ade mungkin attachment course atau belajar dr practicum internship or wateva.... hence, kurang manpower supply dalam bidang nih dalam industri.... so, bg aku... adalah baik utk para penanam anggur dil uar sane... untuk mempertimbangkan field ini utk diceburi....
lebih2 lagi... kerajaan pon dah anjurkan utk kontraktor kelas A utk dapat pensijilan ISO... so semakin byk la (insyaAllah) peluang yg dibuka untuk jawatan2 seperti ISO officer, exec dsbg....
utk industri lak.. oleh kerana industri kite nih berkiblatkan standard UK, US, Japan dan negara2 maju... faktor2 ISO nih penting sebab depa mengamalkannnya.. so industri kte kena la folo gak... hence, kebanyakan kilang di mesia nih berpusu-pusu untuk mendapatkan certification for atleast 9001 for QMS.... belum cite EMS or TS dan sebagainya....
ape da aku melalut nih....
korang tambah2 la dulu.... kot nnt aku ada idea aku tambah gak.... |

Skrg ni agak famous ISO ni since gov dah wajibkan semua kontraktor Kelas A & 1 yang gred tinggi WAJIB dapat this cert untuk maintain their grade berkuatkuasa tahun depan.
Makin banyak consultant firm yang wujud untuk guide dari awal sampai dapat sijil ISO ni. Payment pun tinggi oo chargenya. Kalau skim "DIY" anjuran CIDB kene bayar RM10k. Bayang kan kalo 10 company dah RM100k. Kalo 100company???
Betul ckp nko prospek kerja di ISO ni makin cerah. Dengan adanya anjuran course2 ISO ni baik kita ambik peluang sbb boleh buat extra dengan sijil tu...

tau xpe... aku pon sbnrnye kenal beberapa ISO Auditor yg wat freelance ISO certification guidance nih...
kalo DIY 10k... aku rase mahal sbnrnye.... kalo all in pon bleh dapat around 12k... tetiba dah siap certification, manual and supporting documents.... 
tapi yg aku pelik tuh la... govt kite especially MOE tak pulak anjurkan IPT2 kite utk wat 1st degree course utk ISO nih... kalo ade aku rase mmg laris graduan kte.... |

Skrg ni utk recruit staff sape yg ada sijil ISO ni kira advantage lah
Mgkn gov rasa this course memadai untuk diselit2kan aje dalam course lain
Tak perlu wujudkan satu khas
Tapi pennglah buat ISO ni, paper work saja...  |

so far.....nak praktikalkan as a auditor mmg kene selalu wat keje jer la.....keje mmg banyak...especially ragam dept. representative.....nak dapatkan sop dari diaorg punyer la lembab....but kene pandai....nak jadi auditor nie kene manis2kan muka....heheheh |

tapi kan ISO punye field skrang dah terlampau luas..... mcm2 industri ade masing2 punye standard... tak termasuk lagi yg bukan ISO.. tapi juga standard yg diamalkan.. mcm 5S.. Kaizen... Poka Yoke dan mcm2 lagi...
aku rase lebih dari satu degree bleh form utk cover all the standards.... tambah management skillss.... theory + kokurikulm ke hape... |

utk iso nie.....dulu bwg amik cert. dgn sirim.......nengok pada bidang yg kiter keje gak.....for me yg dalam property nie....
1) amik cert. internal auditor
2) introduction to iso 9001:2000
3) lead auditor course...
4) mr course
kalu standard yg lain ader la course2 yg tertentu nyer....company kami prefer amik ngan sirim masa tu...even mahal skit dari company lain....but heahhehedah company yg bayar kan....so grab jer la...
yg mcm kat company baru nie....bwg ader blaja standard baru isms standard....yg nie utk security part...cz of join on financial business....so yg nie kiter dapatkan penerangan dari scan associates berhad yer...n biler kiter kene audit nanti...org dari india yg akan datang cz standard nie bukan dari malaysia.....
kalu nak senarai course2 yg ader...u leh call sirim or company yg lain utk mintak jadual tahunan course2 yg diaorg ader.....so just pick mana satu yg u all nak....... |

kalo ISO awareness murah je kot... 500 leh dapat kot... klao utk internal auditor ade la dlm 700-800... tapi klao lead assessor... cecah 3k tuh... kalo ade lead assessor punye cert... baru leh apply jadi SIRIM auditor.... |

tgk dengan sapa accreditation body yg kte amik... kalo SIRIM, AJA mmg susah...

Ermmmm this is my field
I have Lead Auditor Certificate, has been doing internal auditor and external auditor for supplier mainly about ermmmm....5 years
Dah attend course Lead Auditor, Internal Auditor, 5 Core Tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP), Management Representative Skill
I lebih expert on TS 16949:2002 & ISO 9001:2000
Right now tgh jadi (selain di atas) Document Controller & DMR
Kalau ada apa2 nk tanya, Insya Allah yang mana bolih jawab ku try eh
Owh yer masa blaja dulu ku amik Bachelor of Industrial Technology majoring in Quality Control & Instrumentation
Skrg tgh buwatkan ISO 9k by my own, rasanya utk sesapa pon yang dah buwat TS.....akan nampak ISO 9k neh kecittttt sangat. Cam kunyah kacang lekat celah gigi gituh 
Owh yer, new amendment of ISO 9k akan launch Oct 2008 kan??? Dah baca the draft??? |

My experience amik Lead Auditor Cert, I'm the only Malay and sponsored by company
Yang lelain sumer chinese and self sponsor, tekejut daku
sebbaik dapat company yang pemurah bab training neh |

My company tamau amik SIRIM, pasal apa?? Sebab internationally org tak kenal lambang SIRIM
So we opt for CB yang lebih dikenali worldwide macam TUV, VCA
Ermmmm insteadkan, last Monday baru pi attend seminar kat Sunway Pyramid Convention Center regarding Latest Scheme Update on ISO/TS 16949 by SMMT, UK
At the end ada forum involved CB cam SIRIM, Moody, SGS and a few more yang ku lupa
Its a good place indeed for us utk bertukar point of view with the CB
Byk gak good questions was asked during the seminar & forum |

eemm..tue la...bwg pun bersyukur ngan previous company yg senang2 jer bg bwg g training...at that time my boss prefer pada sirim....so kene g la through sirim....but yg lecture org aus....so bwg ader 2 cert. 1 dari sirim n lg 1 dari aus.
la nie baru jer berenti keje ngan company yg baru.....tak sampai pun 4 bln keje...heheh...cannot work with my team....dah try but i'm still lonely/like a stranger among them...so decide berebti terus...n la nie baru terpikir nak raya dah ni....haru tol nak cari keje baru.....hehehehh
