just wondering... say if a malaysian were to owe a foreign bank some money. will the bank take any legal action against the malaysian? the amount is only peanuts. |

YES......THEY WILL HIRE FOREIGN AND LOCAL DEBT COLLECTORS AND EVEN REPORT TO BANK NEGARA.......TO THEM THERE ARE NO PEANUTS AS FAR AS DEBT IS CONCERNED |

Also, if someone owes the bank money....
how much is the minimum amount for the bank to declare bankcruptcy to that person?? |

as i know some people who refuse to pay debts.. in business... even they have the money...
then they would ask along to collect from them... 70/30 rule laa
which i think this comes handy for along existance laa....
u know.... when in business, many people who take goods and refuse to pay even they have the money.. what can lawyer do?
