Hye all...kt c-ni jom kite share psl online banking services kt malaysia nih..apa hak2 kite sbg pengguna n most importantly,the aspect of viability that should be taken into consideration...

sbb bkn ape,ini pengalaman sebenor sy menggunakan salah satu servis perbankan online yang mana pd mase 2 sy reload prepaid secara online..n unfortunately system error b'laku..duit kene tolak,tp xde amaun di'top up' ke dlm henset sy...

but then,i called the customer service..they told me that my money will be re-credited into my account...but until now,no action has been taken..n today,i try login sbb nk transfer duit thru online tp x dpt...in the end,sy pon x login lah...

so...those are a few problems in online banking services...anything else??jom kite discuss kt sini everything psl online banking services...

aku slalu gak topup guna Online Banking ni..tapi x auto reload la..kene key-in manual gak serial pin tuh..ini guna Maybank2u..ko guna which bank?
if let say cash deduct, dah call call centre tuh tunggu diorang credit back la..

aku gune CimbClicks...that was my 1st time reloading prepaid thru online banking...pas2 tobat x pki dh...serik,takot bende b'ulang...

i called them,but still no answer n my money is still not re-credited...

the best part is...it happened 3 months ago..so,it's impossible n i wonder why it's so difficult for them 2 solve this problem...

yg 2 lg mntk simpang...aku kalo nk transfer duit 2 aku cek seploh kali..hahaha..kalah orang ade obsessive-compulsive disorder...

tp btul gak wei...kalo salah ltk acc.no.,naya ooo...tp luckily it never happened 2 me laaa...

so far..tak der prob ngan onlain bengking nih..top up tru mebeng pon ok..auto top up..then CIMB a.k.a. juwara pon ok.. ....then pernah transfer fund ker satu invalid acc pon depa bg balik..siap anta notice bagai..

masa tu i used interbank from RHB to MAybank

called both bank, dowang mmg cakap if akaun number not matched the name mmg kene reject

and its true since by 2 days duit dah masuk balik

owh ye ke?kalo interbank 2 mmg amek mase 3 hari bekerja utk diorg kreditkan duit from our account e.g RHB to another party's account(Maybank)..

so,dlm hal ni kalo nk transfer 2 another people's account yg gune bkn akaun CIMB,aku lg prefer p deposit machine...

owh ye ke?diorg buat cash reversal dlm 2 hari?kire ok la tu...

tp transaction aku yg terjejas akibat system error 2 masih blom diselesaikan...

bykkelebihan sebenarnya guna online banking ni...

so far....aku sedang guna RHB Bank dan maybank2u.....mmg seronok guna teknologi terkini...nak check akaun balance, transfer ke....statement account dan byk lagi dengan hanya beberapa klik ....kalau org dah masukkan duit masa kat umah pun senang je ...takderle macam dulu...kene pergi ATM dan check....seriously...it really time consume kalau nak pegi check balance kat bank....

haha...yg 2 bkn mslh online banking service...yg tu mslh tgn hang gatai dok perabih kredit...

but nway,online banking service nih kalo ikotkn bagos bg org yg slalu bz kt opis...tp kelemahan die bile ade system error...mmg frust..

ape pon,aku slalu gak gune online banking service nih especially bile nk settle bil astro ke,transfer duit umah ke..camtulah...

looking at the convenience aspect,it's undeniably true...but,there should be pros and cons about it...

so far, aku ada ambg, rhb, m2u, citibank, alrajhi n cimbclicks...

dalam byk2 ni, cimbclicks yg slalu prob..

asyik2 sistem down.. skrg ni pun aku tgh pending case aku.. cek aku dari rhb masuk ke akaun cimb aku sampai skrg takde status.. ntah apa jd ngn cek tu.. 16/6 lagi rhb dah bankin kan duit tu.. sampai skrg tak tau apa jd.. dorang kata sistem cek mmg tgh prob.. aku akan report bende ni ke bank negara klu dlm sehari dua ni still tak tau apape status...

pastu cimb klu request tac, berkurun lama baru dapat.... hampeges..

skrg ni pun cimbclicks down.. general transaction error...


alrajhi plak, maybe sbb dia bank baru kat mesia ni, so aktiviti transfer giro takleh lagi...

rhb, sistem sebelum ni lembab...baru2 ni dorang upgrade sistem.. tp tak notify pun customer kene register uname n pwd semula.. kol cust centre baru dorang bgtau...

m2u, so far superb... tac pun cepat dapat...

ambg, dulu lembab nak mampus.. skrg dah ok...


lain2 bank aku takde akaun.. so takleh komen..

so far aku mmg pengguna banking online yg setia

Maybank2u & Rhbonline..mmg takde problem,senang sgt..

biasenye system error kalo kita guna online dlm pukul 0000hrs to 0100hrs,
time tu bank nak update itu ini kt page dorang..kalo time lain2 buat stakat nie mmg no problem

Aku guna Bankislam.BIZ..

best pe..sebab gaji aku masuk bank islam (setiap bulan mesti ada profit masuk)

dluk awal awal mmg prob sikit... tapi aku tgk skrg dan improve dah bank islam punya online banking...

aku bayo astro, bil api dan air guna Bank islam online jek..
bayo kad kredit citibank dan CIMB pun guna bank islam online. walaupun kena charge RM0.50 setiap transation, aku rela sebab aku malas nak beratur... walaupun bayo rm3000, kosnye tetap rm0.50

daripada kau kena beratur dan amik masa, baik bayo rm0.50..

tabung haji pun aku transfer melalui akaun bank islam je..pehtu aku bleh tgk transaction aku online setiap hari...   agak agak nak cek gaji masuk tenet bukabankislam.biz..tak yah beratur kat ATM (aku malas aa nak beratur)

aku ada gak pengalaman, terdouble post/transfer duit ke bank lain..sebab masa tu bank islam nye sistem weng... aku call service centre... dia bagi solution.. tapi dia cakap solution tu lambat sebab nak amik duit dari bank lain.. sebab aku kenal sio penerima duit, aku tak jadi buat laporan, aku buat belakang je, aku tuntut dengan penerima tu...

so far, sekrang aku sangat puas hati... cuma aku tak puas hati dlaam bank islam.biz ni takdak link nak bayo ke maybank punya kad kredit... bila aku ty, diorang kata, sistem maybank tak ready...

so gunalah perbankan islam.. nak minta TAC pun idak le lama mana...

maybe sbb cimb clicks baru kot...n it takes time to establish the system etc...maybank2u plak,1st online banking service erk x silap aku?

n lg satu,aku pki public bank pny online service...so far so good,xdek mslh sgt mcm cimb..

bab2 request tac,plg cpt aku dpt within 5-7 minutes...adakah lbh cpt berbanding ngan bank2 laen?
