NO JUSTICE....Who can Help!!!

I feel there's no justice here. My mum as plaintif received letter from the court that she won the case. So as instructed by the court the defendan needs to pay my mum a sum of money.
Time and time the defendan's lawyer play my mum out.
This started since 13/7/07. Till now my mum still haven't get the cheque. As per defendan info, he already issued cheque under his lawyer's name. IS THIS THE LAW THE CHEQUE MUST ISSUED UNDER LAWYER'S NAME?
On 26/7/07, defendan's lawyer called my mum. She asked my mum pay her RM2500 so she give my mum the money. My mum refused.
Defendan lawyer said loud she don't want to give my mum the money.
I very pity my mum. She fight this case for over 10 years. At last she won this case,.....but this happen. She is only a housewife. Why the lawyer do this to my helpless mum???
Where is law? Where is justice?
Now...what should my mum do????

your mum has paid the lawyer's bill or not? i suggest your mum and the lawyer get face to face and say what they both want... maybe the lawyer wanted his/her percent...

patut lawyer mother dia la yg mintak the percent, apasal lawyer defendant pulak yg mintak percent dari mom dia.

i agreed with u. defendan's lawyer should not ask commision from my mum.
this make us confused. why is the defendan's lawyer doing all this.
should i lodge a complaint to bar council?
defendan's lawyer didn't keep any promise. one minute say will hand over the cheque, another minute refuse to. will this lawyer going to pocket this money?!!!!

get in touch with ur mum's lawyer la.. let the lawyer do the talking if u trust your mum's lawyer.. tapi kalo ader tempat leh lodge komplen.. komplen laa.. ape tunggu lagi.. lawyer pon makan rasuah kaa
