so mummy....dah decide ke belum...kalau ikut vote i kira 10 undi
menyebelahi semiD, 1 vote corner, dan 1 vote bunglow.....
agak2 kalau masih konfius sembayang istikarah aje..mudah2an dimlm
yg berkat ni dpt pertunjuk yg baik........kalau nasib baik dia suruh beli
bunglow terus......

kita memang perlukan pendapat orang, lagi la untuk melabur utk asset gini... tapi keputusannya memang ikut gerak hati kita.. our instinct !

lagipun kita yang nak duduk rumah tu kan.. so mungkin mummy ada kelebihan tersendiri kenapa mummy lebih pada rumah tu rumah ni..

so mummy good luck ! kalau dah buat pilihan nanti share2 la ngan kita kat sini..

mummy, lupa nak tanya, 2-2 properties tu completed ke?? kalo completed letak gambo la senang...and rasanye lagi senang nak ikut instinct coz mana yg mummy masuk rasa puas hati, rasa lapang dada (jgn ikut saya, memanjang berchenta..he..he), boleh la jadik pilihannye.  tapi masa saya masuk rumah yg saya amik dulu tu (completed prop), mmg rasa lapang je, puas hati, seronok, sume serba indah...ecewah!

tu la..hati ku lebih kpd umah corner tu. ntah la.terasa cam ada keseronokan bila tinggal kat situ kot. hehe.

Bungalow??? lom mampu la sang_garang ( x mau la ckap makan pasir lagik..)

p/s: kalau ada rezeki nak dok banglo pun..plan nak beli tanah n wat banglo ikut design sendirik...auwwwww berangan x sudah mummy ni. (hubby selalu gelakkan mummy kalo berangan camtu).

wokey..nanti bila umah dah siap leh mummy tepek gambo seba sedikit mummy pun x pandai nak berdeco-deco ni..so sure survey kat CARI lagi.

lom siap lagi umah tu. mummy dpt tgk pelan n lakaran umah. so kena bayang2kn sendiri la.kalau ada ongkos lebih..leh ler plan nak tambh2 apa yg patut( hubby kata x payah sbb umah tu dah ok dah.......hehe) apa2 pun lah. dia br nak start construction.

Best gak kan Hike sbb u bli umah dah siap. x yah nak berchenta lebih2. pinang jerk terus sbb ati dah berkenan. kalau x keberatan..brp RM? umah u beli? banglo/semi-d/teres?

oooh itu mencabar tu, takat tgk tapak je, but all over floor plan design dier mana berkenan dihati??...itu soalan pertama...area kelilign dier pulak mana nampak bakal menarik

rumah hike terrace 2 tkt corner je, harga RM237K, kalo inter dier RM199K, but since loan lepas, amik la corner, dpt la landscape skit.  yg hike suka bebenor tu 4 mende je

1. Family Hall atas besar
2. Belakang rumah padang permainan (planned landscape, safe utk budak2 kluar
main)
3. sebelah rumah hike hutan belantara takde lot rumah lagi kat belah tepi tu, so suka kati la nak parking mana2 kalo sedara mara datang, tak kaco org
4. Belakang umah hike bukan dapur bertemu dapur due to the landscape kat belakang umah...instead dapur hike mengadap bhg tepi rumah satu corner lot lain.

p/s: tak paham sori la, tak tau camna nak terangkan..he..he

Betul mummy dalam byk2 petunjuk dan panduan....yr instinct adalah yg paling baik sekali....sya selalu trust and follow my instinct...(termasuk bab mencari pasangan) ....kalau 1st
impression kita dah dok berkenaan so selalunya mmg secocok lah
ngan kita, tapi kalu ada doubt...pk2 lah seribu kali...
By the way kat mana lokasi yang telah membuat mummy jatuh cinta

well waksir, talk about this, i setuju dgn u, since my bro beli umah bungalow lot tgh mmg smaller tanah dier compare to my aunt nye rumah semi-d lot tepi, and ada setgh2 rumah semi-d lot tepi kat area i tu, siap bole buat seperate building satu lagi kat tanah extra diorang tu, but still ada tanah lagi berlambak-lambak utk buat landscape.  hari tu kat area i ada terbekenan satu umah bungalow lot tepi ni, masa mula2 launch 2 years back harga mmg murah, skrg tak mampu dah.  bukan apa 1 thing lot tepi ni bila org2 datang, ha parking la sukati mak bapak kat sebelah tepi tu.  kalo lot tgh diorang selalunye bole parking kat depan umah je.

dah decide..insyaallah ambik corner lot. developer tu x de website tapi so far projek dia ok je.insyaallah. nnti mummy kasi progress report projek ni k. skrg ni x leh nak start projek beriya sgt. musim ujan bakal tiba..hehe. depa dok rilek jer lagik.
