resah could be simplified as chaos in any order

any sistem has chaos and order...the balancing of both we call it equilibrium, status quo, neutralisation etc.

kalo oang islam kita sebut 'TENANG'

kalo society kita sebut 'ADIL' or saksama

resah is good as why 'silap' or error is good in bringing justice in any sistem.

saya lebih suka tenguk ianya dari sudut oposisi akan sesuatu apa pun..kira macam pasangan.

manusia itu terdiri dari lelaki dan perempuan, ni pun pasangan. belum lagi soal fisikal manusia lelaki dan perempuan tapi cuma kefahaman mengenai sifat kelelakian dan sifat keperempuanan.

contoh kalo ada individu, jiwa dia sifat keperempuanan dia tinggi tapi fisikal dia lelaki..ni pun satu keresahan buat nya maka lama2 lahirlah apa society bilang puak mak nyah or golongan pondan or lelaki lembut dan macam2 lagi.

pada saya yang paling penting DI WAKTU MULA BERLAKU KERESAHAN, or mula berlaku silap, or mula berlaku error or mula negatif lebih tinggi dari positif or chaos mula merajai dari order(tertib, tersusun, tabiee, natural, sunatullah) kefahaman dan saluran kemana wajar di salur tenaga itu sangat wajar di kenal pasti dan disini memerlukan analisa penting, kesedaran, tolak ansur memahami etc. So boleh kata pendidikan di mana mula SILAP itu sangat penting , jikalau tidak kesilapan itu bila sudah memasuki lewat lembah HABIT , secara gagasan or umum menjadik HABITAT dan ketidakpekaan or tindakan voluntarily manusia keseluruhannya akan mengatakan silap itu NORM hingga pada kehancuran mereka contoh paling baik sikap manusia ramai di zaman nabi lot a.s. di mana mereka hancus di murkaiNYA kerana perbuatan LUAR TABIEE mereka.

Anxiety is a feeling of fear, worry or nervousness, resulting from uncertainty.
the solution for it is for one to be certain of the situation that he'is in.

Anxienty is mentally and psychologically matter of problem.. so by thingking positively and believe
that problems help us to become more mature and wiser, take it as a challenge...
psyche yourself to believe that if u can overcome other problems in life as well....

gelisah..? anxiety?..apabila ada ancaman pada tubuh berlaku perubahan pada hormon..sebagai satu sinptom bahawa wujud satu ancaman pada tubuh..antara yang boleh dilakukan :
1. Zikir, sembahyang,doa (paling mujarab kerana kepada-Nya sebaik-baik tempat  kita mengadu dan berlindung)

2. Mencari npunca dan merasionalkan diri.
3. Bercakap dengan seseorang yang kita percayai tentang keresahan kita.
4. Melakukan Mental Imagery (boleh pm untuk tanya)
5. Melakukan relaksasi.
6. Melakukan terapi hidro.
7. Positive Self talk

Ada resah yang positif atleast kita alert..contoh resah nak periksa... ada yang negatif..stress sebab tidak dikawal.

tule nasihat haku yang sekadar di pinggiran nih
