" is the second single from Kelly Clarkson's upcoming third album, My December. A clip of the song has been added to AOL Music along with "Can I Have a Kiss" and "Maybe". The songs were also added to her official website.



History
According to Kelly Clarkson the song was inspired by Calamity McEntire who told her she had to "pick her weeds and keep the flowers". This became inspiration for the song. According to Kelly Clarkson the song is about survival, knowing what to do when something goes wrong. "It's not easy getting over whatever your addiction may be," she says. "The whole point of that song is, the temptation is there, but I'm not going to give in to it."[1] Kelly has also said that Sober is her favorite song on the album. "Musically, it's almost hypnotic. You just get lost in it, it's just so beautiful. This song is about surviving something you think you can get past or over. I'm not an alcoholic; that's not what it's about. It's just a metaphor. Everyone has something they are addicted to that they can do without in their life, so it could be about whatever your addiction is."[2] Kelly Clarkson has stated on VH1 V-Spot that "Sober" will be a single.


This is a confirmed 2nd single, as said so by Kelly. It will be released to airwaves June 6th 2007

I dunno what happen to Kelly Clarkson. This song is NOT good! Lyrics je great, but the song itself not a single material at all especially 2nd single! Kelly will flop then. I dunno what she's doing. This song will NOT do great on chart. Too bad, Kelly.

Never Again mmg x best pon. I try to like the song, but still I can't. It just OKAY. Mediocre compared to her previous single.

Her 2nd single much more worse than her 1st single. Klau x caye, pegi laa download. x de problem.

Told ya! Lague ni okay je. Sdap but so-so. It's totally not a single material! Especially 2nd single! I dunno what Kelly Clarkson is thinking though. I dun think Kelly can top her previous album.
