MAERSK customer service-prospects and career advancement??

hey everyone..

besok i have a test with maersk group for dia punye MISE.
i would like to know if any of you guys have been to the maersk group assesment test? i would really appreciate it if you guys have any info.. thanx

camne boleh dapat panggilan assessment dari diorang?

kursus biotech je.. apply jobstreet je haritu.. gempak la benda nie kalu dapat.. mintak2 dapat.. amin..

hye.. iq test dia was ok.. bt i do believe dia punye personality test yg susah.. coz if u are not the type that they want, then u are not, ther's no second chance.. that iq test was simple.. ade english n malay, ther's one guy told me that, chose english, coz one of the criteria untuk kurangkan orang is language.. about 400 people, 90% akan dibuang oleh test nie, nak ameik less than 5.. adus, competitive sgt tuh

Actually diorang tak expect nak kena jawab semua 50 soalan tu, tapi ada threshold untuk setiap position, berapa soalan kena betul. Tapi deciding factor still test personality tu, dier akan produce graphs for each person, daripada 100 jenis graph, lebihkurang orang yang tergolong dalam 15-16 jenis graph akan terpilih (untuk MISE tu je la, position lain ada graph lain). Tang ni memang ikut nasib.
Tapi bukan MISE je best, staff lain yang perform pon ada can nak posting overseas. So kalau dipanggil untuk position lain, jangan tolak pulak

kalau ada 500 org ambil accessment tu hanya 10% ajer yg dpt...

Masa time aku dulu semua sekali 1000++ orang (lain2 session, campur Johor, Penang), dier shortlist 20, last last 4 orang dapat. Tapi ada jugak yang position lain dier offer kepada yang tak berjaya dalam MISE, pon tak rugi join.

oh...saya baru je dapat temuduga kerja kat maersk ni..bahagian customer service..hmm..agak2 berapa  payment nye,pasal umah saya sangat jauh dr shah alam nun...
