kawan baik aku punya bos lagi sial..

1. gaji janji ok RM1,600 tp time bayar liat sgt. 3 minggu lepas month-end baru bayar... setiap kali ditanya pasal gaji, byk jer alasan dia bagi... keje belum siap la, big bos belum sain cek la..

2. KWSP xbayar...

3. keje dari kul 7pagi - 6 ptg

4. kalau masa meeting, bos bangang tersebut suka maki hamun staff... pernah ckap staf beruk, bodoh dan macam2 panggilan lg..

5. employ indonesian yg xder permit keje sah... pakai visitors visa

6. pernah bagi surat naik gaji kat sorang staff tp sampai month-end tak pernah naik pun gaji... dah la lambat 3minggu...

7. ska ugut staff...

8. pernah sorang staff berhenti keje, dia x bayar gaji staff tu, alasannya staff tu dituduh curik software company...

9. staff dia xder yg stay lama... plg lama 5-6bulan jer... ada yg 2 hari berhenti...


jgn la sesape korang keje ngan company melayu kat phileo damansara ni... seksa...

Mak aih! dah brp banyak violation company tuh buat...KWSP tak bayar, pekerja asing takde permit..bole buat aduan kat Jabatan Buruh tuh.

skang member aku tu dah berenti keje situ, x tahan melayan kerenah busuk hati bos kat situ...tp sampai skang gaji bulan 2 belum bayar... alasannya kerja x siap.. padahal member aku tu dah keje selama 2 minggu dlm bulan 3...

aku dah suggest dia report kat jabatan buruh, buat report polis jugak sbb bos tu sebenarnya bkn owner company tu... owner company tu sorang tan sri (biasa la goyang kaki jer, x pernah jenguk opis pn)... sbb bos tu makan duit company, contohnya klu kos buat satu2 projek RM10,000, that bos akan claim dari that tan sri lebih daripada tu...

Opis awek aku pun kat situ..huhuhu tak sangka lak ade jugak kes camni yerk...

Rasenya pekerja kat situ ade locus yang kuat utk amik action...buat aduan kat Jabatan Buruh dulu and mintak pandangan diorang camner...

boleh ke pej. buruh handle this case? igtkan pej buruh hanya utk org gaji 1.5k ke bwh?

atau better ke industrial court?

Cuba dulu call diorang mintak pandangan camner...maybe diorang kat sane ade idea lagi gempaq2...

Kalau nak bawak kes ke Mahkamah Perusahaan pun bole jugak.

eeerrrkkk....  mcm bos aku jer tuh... area pn dah sama.. hallamak!! tp aku dh keje sini lame dah. bukan kot. (cuba bersangka baik)
