ahah!

aku baru je lepas interview.

shell tak semestinya nak scorer. CGPA aku bukan la mantap sangat. 2.9XX ja. (CGPA ungrad). Aku tengah buat masters skang.

First interview: nontechnical je.

Interviewer tanya preference location, position technical or commercial (aku taruk Field engineering as my first choice, second choice IT)

Dia tanya soalan macam ni:

1) What is your biggest challenge in life (besides academic and work)

2) What is your biggest achievement in life (besides academic and work)

3) Soalan general knowledge: List the advantages and disadvantages of a national park
( Member aku dapat "prison", ada yang dapat "university".)

Aku apply 15 March, 5 hari lepas tu check status online, shortlisted. 28th March dapat phone call, suruh datang interview. Senang sangat rasanya interview nih, sapa yang petah berkata2, boleh la perform. aku tak petah langsung.

Aku harap aku dapat. Amin...

Setakat yg aku tau dr kawan aku yg dah kijer ngan Shell,interview Shell ni berperingkat.Ada test,group work,pastu interview dalam telefon.

oo ko 2.9..aku 2.8 xdpt2 lagik.

agaknye dia convert 2.9 jer jd 3 ekeke.

aku penah tertgk petronas nye requirement at least ade degree. aku nak try apply shell gak la. tp aku ni jenis tak petah berkata2 la pulak.

apa biggest challenge & achievement aku?? alahai... ade ke. main sukan pun tak pandai. macam takde je. repair komputer pn aku tak reti. masak manjahit mengecat aku pandai la. inteview kampeni kecik2 pn payah nak dapat. resume aku pun biase2 je. very2 typical. kalau ko dpt seken inteview inform la sini... share2 la gaya inteview kampeni multinational besar2.

aku interview on the 31st march. Interviewer cakap aku akan akan tahu within 10 working days. harap dapat pergi ke Shell Recruitment Day (2nd interview).

aku dpt gak 2nd round interview..tp xyah datang..dia akan interview through phone je...senang sikit..malas nk keluar rumah..

what type of questions? citer la sikit...

1st round kt london hari tu..dia tanya psl prison...xsusah sebenarnya..xexpect dia akan tanya camtu..basically apa yg kita jawab akan di tanya balik...please stuff yourself with a lot of readings..otherwise it wouldnt be helpful..information need to be updated..pls aware that there is no eye contact at all..the interviewer would write down everything you say..in exact terms...they evaluate it later on...it usually lasts for one hour..at the end of every session they'll give you chance to ask them anything..kindly remember what you put on cv..there's slot for personal achievements in the form (they'll fill it for you)...need to go..got 1 interview at half past ten..i'll update you with the question later on..
