the easiest is using nslookup. but, doesn't matter what you're using, it requires dns entry for reverse lookup. without that, it's very hard. most static ip has dns entry for reverse lookup. but dynamic ip, 50-50. it's easier to track down in LAN environment than WAN environment as a lot of systems are sitting behind firewalls, routers, etc. that block internet request from directly reaching those systems. basically, most requests stop at those routers.

Aku nak check user internal jer..coz aku kena kill user yg masuk sistem tanpa kebenaran n terlalu lama.
Kalo ada software, boleh tlg bg cadangan tak?? |

why don't you put permission, or block the user? a system can't access another system without initiating by a user. if you block one computer from accessing your system, you're not preventing the user. so, just limit user access or block it. of course, it's much easier to explain if we know your platform rather than beating around the bush. keep in mind, unix and windows are not the same.

well, computer reads in binary. so, for 10.203.15.33 decimal ip address, it will be 00001010.11001011.00001111.00100001 in binary (it's always 1 and 0 ini digital world). but, you don't need this info in order to know who are connected to your system. unless you're doing some kind of forensic investigation and the intruder is way advance.
