low man, tak pe ke kalu g gym n jog pun kite buat. lets say 5 times a week jog. bukan ke klu kite jog muscle leh kecut.. cam protein or mass yg kite amik terbuang camtu je.. sbb kalu jog kan burn satu badan ni.. cner tu.. any idea.. ada org kat gym bagi tau ako..
so ako cm nk clear n explaination jer.. another thing, ko ada amik any supplement ker...? |

jogging mana leh buat muscle jadi kecut..otot tu jadi grip..mantain..kalau pi gym tak perlu amik supplementary nanti ada side effect cam ngantuk ngan panas baran..sebolehnya kalau nak buat weight training kena ada tenaga..sebolehnya makan nasi atau sumber karbihidrat yang lain:tq: |

kadang2 silap gak org skrg ni...b4 kawin jaga bukan main..kalau yg pompuan tu...jaga macam puteri dari kayangan...
lepas kawin buat tak kisah nak jage mende macam ni....tu yg hubby tak suke tu...
patutnya lepas kawin lah lagi nak kene jaga....esp yg pompuan ni kan....
kite jaga bukan untuk nampak cantik jer...tapi sihat...cantik diluar n sihat didalam....
n kalau hubby tau kite jaga untuk die..mesti die berbangga....silap2 nanti die kasik osim u zap tuh hahahahha |

lower ab exercise ni boleh buat sendiri ... ordinary sit-up n stomach exercise (without gym m equipments) or with gym equipments ... tapi kena disiplin dan kena buat selalu, let say 3 types of stomach exercise, do them in a set of 20 reps, break for a minute or two and then repeat them 3 times ... morning masa bangun pagi or malam (i'd prefer petang jer masa exercise)
my advice, do them masa perut kosong, jangan masa perut penuh or lepas makan ... insya'allah dalam 2 atau 3 minggu boleh nampak result |
